Came with my family, took our order pretty fast. Everyone’s food came minus mine. When I told the server he seemed confused and was about to put my order after 10 minutes everyone had already ate so what was the point got my check and left. Never again.

SUPER AGGRAVATING!! family of four, simple order really. Ham& egg omelet, BLT, kids meal, and MY FAVORITE banana strawberry French toast with hash browns on the side. IDK WTH but the server brings everything, and me eggs, bacon, hash browns and I told the server politely, that's not what I ordered , and reminded him, asked for more coffee while I waited, so he then put in my order, as I wait and my family eats ..then brings me ONE PIECE OF FRENCH TOAST... Like, that's WHY I went there, still no coffee. So I ask, can I please get some more coffee and speak to your manager. He brings us the food we had ordered to go, and I don't see him.......Ten minutes later, I go and find the manager and explain the situation. Idk, he charges me over $50 still and I STILL didn't get coffee or my other piece of French toast. Not Happs! I've managed and served many years, and, you always make it right. I don't feel they did. The whole time I'm explaining to the manager what happened, the server is standing behind him, sucking his teeth and audibly puffing, grunting and rolling his eyes. Like WHAT? sorry but I would go literally ANYWHERE ELSE
