Juliana's Place, hands down; the best Haitian restaurant I've ever eaten at. The food there is simply amazing! My personal favorites are their lalo & turkey. So If you're ever in the Irvington area, do yourself a favor, stop by & try anything on their menu & you won't regret it!! You can thank me later

They have no sense of time. They can’t even answer the phone professionally and no professionalism for a restaurant.

First time going there, thought they were open cause sign and lights were on.I knocked on door and young later at counter shut of the lights 8:58pm tonight. I found this very rude, she could have just said they were closed.I love Haitian food but not a good first impression for a potential new customer.

The staff are rude and has no customer service. Stay away from that restaurant. I can't believe you will get this low to give such a response when I politely asked the guy to adjust the order and I will pay the difference. He ignored me until I went back to him and reminded him that he would take care of it. That's when you come out rude as always to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Like I said. There's too many Haitian restaurants in the area and should appreciate when a customer pick yours. Not only i will not come back so is my children and husband and anyone else I know. You need to get a customer service training that would help you greatly.
