When you order through Uber eats they don’t tie your bag or take any precautions to make sure the food has not been tampered with. Also the food quality is not how it used to be. I used to like their food but the quality now is trash.

Used to love their food ! However , when picking up my order…they only take cash. And on two different occasions , there were times that the lady was serving my food and munching on meat( literally holding food with one hand and serving with the other) . Those two times , I asked for my food to be reserved and repackaged, and there was an issue. You cannot be eating and serving ! It was so unprofessional of her. Haven’t been back since .

I’ve order for the past two days the chicken and beef soup because I’ve been sick. It is some of the best Jamaican soup I’ve had in awhile that’s really good besides home ?. I appreciate you guys reaching out for my Uber eats order letting me know that it was going to be awhile. The little things always count and go a long way. First time eating at this restaurant I got the stew chicken rice and beans can I tell you it's the best I've ever had delicious now gonna be my go to place to eat
It is 7:00pm, Tuesday November 30. WHO EVER THE WOMAN IS AT THIS MOMENT WORKING IS DIRTY AND ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. My husband order what she said was the last piece of fried chicken, LUCKILY he went to pick up this time (we spend LOTS of our hard earned money at Michelle’s and other Jamaican restaurants) he goes on see the lady Nyamin piece of the very chicken set for him. When he mention it she say “ah my favorite piece dat”??. Are you kidding. As his initial order small goat w/ piece chicken he asked for the total she says 20 dollars. When can accept 14/15 for goat ok np… BUT SHE SAID 6 dollars for the 1 piece of chicken THAT SHE WAS PICKING AT. Un•FUCKING•acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! When I say she lucky my husband alone go…. That’s EXACTLY what I mean. The level of disrespect for customers AND LACK OF APPRECIATION. ??
