On February 10, 2024 , I entered this location to make several purchases, the customer service is non existent the employees are not friendly or welcoming. The young lady putting the dough through the machine totally ignored me standing there trying to order, her bare hands handling the dough hands nasty and filthy.Finally a gentleman came out the back and greeted me with a what you need I asked him for a menu and he informed me we ain't got none look on line.This is the treatment you get trying to support the community, no thank you so I took my business elsewhere and placed a $65.00 order and was treated very well.I will be calling the health department in regards to the food handling violations and the general nastiness of the store.

The girl that was at the front counter on my visit yesterday, Sunday, July 9th 2023 was rude shs was taking an order over the phone, there was a customer in front of me, so once the girl was done on the phone she just went and got the other customers order, but she never said i'll be right with you or anything!To me that's bad customer service and very rude! That particular employee needs to have better customer service etiquette!!

Every time I go to pick up the attendants don't come to the counter, it looks like a ghost has entered. In particular, the short, white, curly and blonde attendant is always rude and left me waiting for almost 20 minutes for an order that had already been ready for 5 minutes, all I say every time she answers me is very rude, I believe she hates working at Papa John's. Another attendant who ended my service. I'm an immigrant, the next time I'm mistreated by this attendant I'm going to call the police, is this because I'm an immigrant?
Be careful. These people are a rip off. Each time I call it’s an Indian guy. How come a small cheesy Alfredo pizza cost over $16 and a medium one is above $17 with nothing special added to it? No thanks!!
