Well it's Popeyes can't really go wrong. However, this location was very slow. I think I waited a good 7 min before I was able to get help. No one smiled or greeted the customers. As you can see her back is towards us. I took this picture after waiting 5min at the counter.

Just ordered a bacon and Swiss meal with potato wedges and an extra biscuit. I received regular fries, a blackened reg chick sandwich and no biscuit whatsoever..... TF is going on at this place. What a horrible place to eat...

Thanks so much to Ashley and her team here at this Popeyes. I often come to this Popeyes and usually don't have any issues. last time I went and bought a family meal, we later realized when we got home that there were two pieces missing. I'm sure it was an honest mistake because it was a very busy night so I didn't want to make a big deal about it and we just did without the missing two.Fast forward 2 weeks later on a Sunday, me & my dad arrived to make an order, and I spoke to Ashley at the front desk.After making my order & paying, I let her know; I'm not complaining, but last time I ordered, I was missing a couple of pieces of chicken, and was only asking if the team could just double check that I have the right amount today before adding. She was very understanding, and not only gave us a few soda's while we waited on the house, but also gave us extra chicken and was so nice about it!We didn't ask for anything extra, (the food missing from last time) nor did we expect it. She did it out of the kindness of her heart and that's a gesture you almost never hear of here in jersey, and I'm truly humbled by the gestureI don't usually leave reviews, especially in fast food restaurants, but Ashley seriously did such an amazing job and went above and beyond in customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could! It's not about the extra food I got, it's the principal of the situation, her handling of it and the customer service and on top of that, it's not something she had to do or was even expected and that's honestly so rare that I had to make a review about it! I will continue to come here as long as I can! Thank you so much Ashley & her team, and Popeyes for having such an amazing staff

Stopped in for a quick bite and experienced the best service I've ever had in a fast-food restaurant. Lavana, the cashier, was very friendly and pleasant. In contrast to other restaurants, I did not feel hurried when ordering. Individuals regularly write reviews when they receive poor customer service, but I believe it is equally important to mention when you receive excellent customer service.

Worst disgusting Popeyes. They stopped making chicken after a certain time which is understandable. But then I. Waiting to order and the register lady kept sayin you want to order and I kept saying yes. Then she moved then another guy comes asks me the same thing but never takes my order. Then he skips my order is was about to give it to the next order. I'm like really..wow

The chicken (mild) made my family sick (projectile vomiting and diarrhea) for hours. I felt so bad for my 7-year-old, who suffered the most. I contacted the store Manager, who lacked professionalism, yet informed me “it definitely wasn’t the biscuits, it was the chicken”. He proceeded to tell me he doesn’t eat the spicy chicken from their store because it messes his stomach up all the time. The Manager stated there was nothing he could do and requested that I contact the General Manager the following day, which I did. The GM was extremely defensive claiming her store throws out food at the end of the day and makes fresh chicken daily, however she would offer a refund if I don’t file a dispute with my credit card. The day I went to the store to collect my refund as agreed, another Manager was present and was unprofessional and rude. I didn’t receive my refund as promised. While waiting, I observed an employee run out the store with her gloves on to track a customer who was given the wrong order. After returning inside the store (touching door handles etc), I observed the employee go behind the counter handling food, without changing her gloves. I would NEVER eat from this establishment again.
