Bad customer service the female didn't acknowledge the fact that I am a customer if I didn't want the bacon put on the special I didn't have to have to bacon I was still paying the same amount of money but overall I didn't purchase anything out of there when you are accustomed you should be able to get what you want cuz you are paying for it whether it's a special or not you're still paying your money for it if I didn't want no bacon on it I didn't want no bacon on there she said she couldn't do it so yeah that experience sucks!!!

There is nothing like an unfulfilled craving. My family and I were so excited to visit NJ and finally get some White Castle, but the food was disgusting. The fries were stale, the onion rings were too bready, and the burgers were soggy. The employee working the drive thru was pleasant, though.

I am a vegan. I went to get the impossible burger. I said five times no cheese, without even thinking I bit down on the burger and to my surprise there was cheese. I haven't ate cheese in months and I was so sick afterward. I cannot believe this happened. I will NEVER EVER support White castle again.
