I ordered through Ubereats, and after 45 minutes, my order was canceled. On reordering, I received a disappointing single-layer Maharaja Mac burger with a potato patty instead of a double decker with corn and cheese which it was supposed to be. They either sent me a wrong order or their description is inaccurate. The samosa chat was also soggy. Overall, the taste and quality were subpar. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We have been their regular customer for about more than 8 years. Last weekend I recommended my friends to order from them for our Diwali party. There was a mis-match in one item in order, and the person who took order was adamant that they sent the right item. So it was a classic example of he said she said. I was expecting a higher level of customer service because we order from them regularly. But given that the party had already started we just ordered a new item again. I had to send someone to pick the item and the item (kadi pakora) that was sent wasn’t good quality. No one ended up eating it.The whole experience was very upsetting. I tried to go talk to him today but he wasn’t in the restaurant. At this point, just going to leave it that they lost me as a customer.My recommendation to all is be sure before paying to pickup what u order. The sad part is such people get away with it even though they are in the service industry. I have recommended them to so many people and now they lost those customers too.

Have ordered Poha from here before and liked it and so placed a Doordash order again and it was canceled after 20 mins. Upon calling the restaurant, the lady on the phone said that the Doordash tablet is locked and that she’d call her boss for the password and asked me to place the order again after 30 mins. After 30 mins, rather than placing the order, I called her first to check if the tablet is working, to which she said No and asked me to place the same order on Uber Eats. I placed the order on Uber Eats which was again canceled after 20 mins and when I called her, she had no answer.Just having good food some times is not enough, customer service does play a very important role in the success of a business.

Snacks are the best here… specially people from Mumbai… we took Vadapao & Samosas… they’re awesome…common sitting area sometimes makes it’s difficult hear the call when you’re food is ready … parking available… no free water… better to carry

It was perhaps not the best dal baati churma I had ever tasted, but it's also the only place anywhere in the NY region I can find serving the dish, so they get extra points from me for that. I felt they could have been a bit more generous with portioning ghee over the baatis, but the Rajasthani style dal was nice. It seems they instead put all of the ghee on the churma, which was very heavy.I also wish they also had more Kathiawadi/Rajasthani style dishes to go with the dish like gatte ki sabji. Actually the best item we tried was the pav bhaji. The pav was perfectly soft and buttered, and I would venture to guess that the misal pav here is excellent too.

Very Bad service. Its expensive as compared to what they provide. Cheap tricks like serving food in paper plates and paper bowls and if you ask one more paper plate they are like " no paper bowl, no paper plates, no spoons "with smile on their face as if they dont know what it is. I would not suggest anybody to visit place. I never knew there was a place with such cheap tricks.
Good food. Not so good service.Note that this place is located inside the food court area. Th3re are no clear signs. Just enter through center of the building, and climb stairs to get to 2nd floor. You will see food court there will multiple options

We took two Gujrathi Thalis, except the chapathi nothing was good. The curries were stale couldn’t even take a bite of it, the rice which they served in the plate was not fresh, definitely it felt 2 days old rice. And the sweet was so hopeless. Overall it’s the WORST food I ever had in my 12 years of US life.

Was surprised to come across this .. had gone looking for indo Chinese when we got tempted to try out some chat We just had a couple of items Mirchi bajji.. worth every cent .. they diced it up nicely into bite sized pieces and gave it some twist with chaat masala as well .. papri chaat was fresh and tasty .. The lady at the counter was extremely sweet as well .. we had by mistake ordered a papri khichadi kind of thing .. and she was helpful in offering to replace it with the chaat .. which is what we really wanted ...
