This place is a joke I’m a regular every morning. Employees are rude at time at 4 am in the morning. I have been coming to this location for the longest and they managed to get my order wrong three times so far. When I had repeated myself more then once. And when you try to call and complain no one picks up. A waste of my time and money just to get the order wrong. Customer service is terrible, I get it’s early in the morning but who wants to go to a location with horrible service. And it’s extremely frustrating trying to reach someone on the phone. I asked for Splenda they never added it. Don’t spend your money here safe yourself the hassle.

It's a Dunkin' Donuts and it's at a roadside rest area. So, atmosphere is not what they're going for. All the same, it was clean and had everything you'd expect. In addition, it's actually inside of a larger convenience store with a Shell gas station right outside. So, that's a positive for the road-weary traveler who might need gas or a snack or a bathroom break.Also, the doughnuts were nice and fresh.

Came tonight for a hot tea. Asked for sugar and lemon, the girl made it a point to say “we don’t have lemon it was discontinued 4 years ago” in a rude way so I proceeded to tell her that the Dunkin’ Donuts in town (Iselin) have lemon so I assumed that they would have it too. Then the rest of my order she’s talking to me with an attitude and is talking really slow as if I’m dumb. All I wanted was a hot tea, not attitude. So I decided to drive off. I don’t take food or drinks from people who are rude because I cannot see what they’re doing behind the scenes, I have seen people do disgusting things because they are in a bad mood (ie, spitting in food or drinks). Will never return.

Placed an order on the kiosk they served us our drinks and then after four minutes we ask about our donuts and other items ordered And they say we didnt pay for anything they no ponger have the ticket we show them the payment and our cups they finally gave us the rest of our order with an attitude I know your busy but fo one ticket at a time and get it right smh worst experience ever

I ordered an iced latte and the girl hands me Black filled cup I said where’s the milk she said you didn’t ask for milk…ITS A LATTE! Like main ingredient is milk if I didn’t ask for soy or almond or any of that why would u assume to give me just espresso!!!! Ppl pay extra for an extra shot of espresso u can’t make this up! She didnt even make a new one just poured some out and added milk seriously as a supervisor I just cringed!

The coffee is Soo water down that it basically tastes like water. It’s a shame!!!
The place was extremely hot over the summer. They don’t want to fix the AC. The AC was broken the whole summer. I had to work under extremely hot conditions. Other than that, the staff and mangers were extremely nice.

That special caramel iced latte was good to the point where I'm addicted.
I really needed a coffee as I was super tired driving during rush hour traffic from the Holland tunnel and stopped to get a $2 Cold Brew. It was delicious but 90% full of ice so i asked for a remake. This time the girl decided to make it and this 2nd batch had lotsa sugar crystals in every sip yet was bitter as ever....I suppose getting me really irritated and the worst tasting cold brew did work in keeping me awake....

Great stop on the parkway. The drive thru is sometimes hard to get to because it is all the way to the right and you have to squeeze between cars getting gas. It's usually easier just to park and go inside. They are very quick here so no need to worry about taking to long!

I got 3 shots of espresso, normally it is scorching; this was Room Temperature. I inquired at the next Dunkin Donuts I went to, and they told me the machine could not have done that from. Which means they had left that espresso sitting out waiting for a drink requiring it to be made, or it was someone else's mobile oorder that was never thrown out? Whatever they did, is not only unprofessional, it's unsanitary and could warrant a health department visit if it is a repeated occurrence.
