I saw the employee in the store packing a bag which I thought was for me...nope. It was more important that they had something to take home. I contacted the other location in Lakehurst on the phone (different owner), and he offered to drive my bagels to me. This was not his business. I emailed the owner Jimmy, and Jason responded to return tomorrow, Sunday, and they would take care of me with 1.5 dozen bagels. IT GETS WORSE. When I arrived, Jimmy and Jason weren't there. I showed the woman (short, dark longer hair) behind the counter the email, and she said that Jason said to take care of me. 10 bagels she gave me... 10 - Is that what you meant, Jason? Let's review the bagels. Very sweet. Sugar added. The bagel toppings were only on the top, resulting from a quick touchdown. My compliment to them; it wasn't the worst bagel I ever ate. I recommend you travel further for an employee who can count, so you don't have to check. Also be aware, the closing hours are not on the door, so good luck. So unorganized. My food was sitting there for 15 minutes while letting people cut in front of me just to pay. While all I wanted to do was pay and get outta there. Food is good but the staff sucks. Orders are messed up all the time.

I just moved into the neighborhood, so I was hopeful to have a bagel place practically walking distance from my house. But sorry, no. One of the worst bagels I've had in the area, and that's says a lot considering how many bagel joints are within a few miles. Poorly formed, poorly cooked, poor selection... just an overall disappointing. Clearly, there are a lot of people who don't know what a hood bagel is since these guys have 15 locations (according to their van advertising). Also, no deals on a dozen bagels? That's practically a tradition with bagels and bakeries; bakers dozen! Hello? And sorry, but I can't take you seriously if you sell Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, French Toast, Honey Wheat and Jalapeno Cheddar bagels. Guess I still have to drive for good bagels.BTW, the website menu lists "bagles". If that's not a sign, I don't know what is.

My husband has told me millions of times stop going there! They never get an order right? The quality has gone down. I did stop today and they could not accomplish a simplest thing of a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese I'm done.

Love this place. Spotless floor, friendly staff, and great food. Other than fresh tasty bagels, I tried burrito with pork roll and French toast. French toast is to the standard and pork roll burrito is just fantastic!! If you are in the area, you should definitely give it a shot! Just make sure you plan your trip right, b/c they are breakfast store and close at 1pm!!!
