Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for my call ahead order that was already ready waiting on the counter. Since when does a cashier take payment and not check on the order. This was my first time back in over a year and will certainly be my last time coming here. Extremely disappointing service and unbearably frustrating.

I've been going to the bagel place for maybe about a year the bagels are nice and fat and they're freshly made every morning the associates are so friendly and respectful and kind you can't ask for anything more their crumb cakes brownies everything is so delicious I would recommend this place to anybody who wants some good delicious bagels and good breakfast and good and there are many things there to drink...??

I've been here quite a few times. In the beginning it was so good. Not long after my order wasn't right or I got over overcharged for something. Today I went to get a pork roll and cheese with simple onions added with a small smoothie. I sat down to wait which also takes forever, I noticed that I was charged for a large smoothie. I informed the gentlemen at the counter, he didn't even apologize or give me a dollar back, or give me a large smoothie which I was charged for. I I left and grabbed my sandwich out to eat and it had 3 slices of burnt pork roll. I don't think I'll be going back.

Visited here today and would not return. After waiting in line for a few minutes, we ordered a bacon egg and cheese only to be told that the grill was off because they close in 10 minutes. If this is the case then the may have been closed then if they cannot make items off of their menu. Very lazy.

Very good bagels. They make a nice bacon and egg in a roll. Their bagels are goods but their prices for tuna, whitefish salad etc are pricier than other bagel shops. Large selection of bagels and variety of special cream cheeses.
Have been trying to give this spot multiple chances to be good, due to it being close and convenient,but am most certainly disappointed and dissatisfied every time. Don't bother ordering a PEC, standard is two thin and skimpy slices. Ordered extra pork roll to combat this but they forgot to put it on, another time they forgot to put egg on the sandwich. Either way have to drive all the way back each time. Unless you're getting a cream cheese bagel don't bother. On the bright side the staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambiance inside is nice, just poor execution on the food. Won't be back unfortunately.
