“Had a party catered from Tuscany, the food was outrageously delicious. They did all the setup and made sure I was satisfied. The food was not only delicious , there was more than enough. We had penne vodka, lasagna rolls, sausage and peppers, chicken masala, steak pizzaiolia. For appetizers we had fried ravioli and rice balls. Everyone raved about the food. There was plenty of leftovers that I gave some out to family and had plenty for meals during the week. I would highly recommend Tuscany for your catering and will definitely have them cater my next event. Thank you Tuscany for doing such a great job.“

We ordered the chicken Marsala, Swedish meatballs, sweet and sour kielbasa and max and cheese for a party and it was enjoyed by all- rave reviews for service and food!!! “Let me start by saying I wish I could have given them a full 5 stars because they ROCKED the day of our wedding 5/7/22. During the typical mingling after everyone ate the first comment from our guest was that the food was amazing! Even before they said congratulations, lol. From the App's to the dinner everyone was floored at how everything was cooked so perfectly especially the ribeye's. Believe this even the vegan bell pepper dish received rave reviews. I don't have a single picture of the food because it was all gone so fast. The staff was so attentive to us we actually got to eat and it was hot. Our drinks were always full. I was originally against the open bar but when it was a bonus with our package, I am very happy we had it. I did find out closer to the wedding that Cutting Edge does offer other services had we known we would have utilized them more. The more one vendor can do the easier it is, my biggest recommendation. The reason for only 4 stars was due to the communication in the weeks prior to the wedding. In the beginning everything was great communicating with Jeremy but we also did book over a year before. Unfortunately in the weeks prior we communicated through another employee that did make things more stressful than they needed to be. We would have appreciated more professionalism and organization in those communications. Other than those hiccups the food and service the day of was amazing and I would highly recommend.“
“I'm a bit eccentric and like to try different cooking methods for the fun of it. They're super accommodating of my requests to get specific cuts of meat and it's all fantastic. And then I realized their prices are competitive with the grocery store, so it's a no-brainer to get all my good cuts here.“
