Ive never had bad food from here. The man who works there is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to bring sampler food to returning customers. From my experience has been fantastic all around.

I give this place a no star a joke never again do we ordered and live around block took the guy a hr to get here when finally came the race looks like it was yellow stuffing.the soup looked so dark and nasty taste so today I'm dropping the food off in front of store and they can have it for lunch.cant believe they still r open never again a joke

this place is disgusting. our food got here cold, i live 10 minutes away and it took them an hour and a half. I called trying to get refunded for this trash and they “don’t do refunds”

Food tastes terrible, ordered sweet sour sauce and got duck sauce instead, called and the guy said it was sweet and sour sauce. Disappointing it used to be good.

I know I should have read the reviews first, but my swing shift co-workers and I were hungry and we all forgot to pack dinner. I grabbed everyone's order and roughly $76.00 later (minus tip) we placed our order. I cannot even begin to say how long the delivery took, but at the 1.5hr mark and my co-workers asking for status--- I knew this was not a good sign of things to come... I understand, that a large order takes time to prep, but after 3 calls and now at the 2hr mark into this, we all figured, it just was not gonna happen. But then, food arrived, and everyone grabbed their order, first bites were taken, and then the looks of disbelief and absolutely nothing, not even the rice was edible, how is that even possible???? for instance, how bad the sushi rolls were- not even fancy rolls, just 2 regular California rolls and 2 spicy California rolls, coconut rice, crispy tofu order, crispy chicken, Moo Shu chicken, beef chow fun.. anyway--- this was not a small order. Spicy California rolls, were topped with kewpie mayo and chili paste, I mean, I smelled the "hot" as soon as my co-worker took off the lid to the Spicy California rolls---took one bite and none of us could tolerate it, and I like "love" hot & spicy food, but this was, simply inedible. Unfortunately, our whole order of food was scrapped and tossed in the trash. I can't even say I would give them a second chance, because at the cost of the food, quality/taste and delivery time, I can't justify another inedible order and my co-workers would be pretty upset with me.

Noodles were dry chicken was horrible !! Shrimp had NOOOO. Flavor what’s so ever … worst Chinese food iv ever had n there less than 2 mins away n my food was cold ! They didnt give you forks to eat withHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I want my $26 back

If I could give a minus score I would. The food was delivered after an hour cold and was disgusting. When I returned the food the driver was both the cook and delivery guy. The inside of the place was empty the guy was reheating food and putting them into containers, yes I got my money back.

Disgusting, bright food directly back after delivery. Got a refund. Chicken looked horrible. Food smelled like fish.. Lo was sticky and the sauce made you cough there was so much soy. I don’t know how the health dept let’s them stay open! I’m sure people have gotten sick from this place. Everything about the food was disgusting and not fresh what so ever.
Wow...where to start...recently moved to Jackson and trying to find the "best" places to eat is a challenge. China Ming left a menu in my door 2x within 2 months so I thought I'd give it a try. I checked the reviews and yes, they weren't favorable but I wanted to give them a fair try. The menu is extensive but I decided on a tried and true for me, general tso's chicken combo (included fried rice and egg roll) and a pint of hot and sour soup. They offer delivery but I wanted to pick up my order. I tried placing my order online but the website wasn't working properly so I called. No answer. I checked the number and retried. No answer. I checked the hours (they should have been open) and gave up. A minute later a number I didn't recognize was calling me (I almost didn't answer) and it turned out to be someone from the restaurant was calling me back from a different number. When I answered I was asked if I wanted to place an order for pickup or delivery. Ummm , hello, ok... I placed my order and was asked to pay at that time rather than when I picked up my food. So now it's 8 pm and getting dark...I pulled up to the strip mall where restaurant is situated. There was a small neon sign indicating they were open so I went in to pick up my food. The door was open but the place was dark, except for a light on in the kitchen. Plastic sheets covered the entire front of the counter (I get it...COVID protection). Clearly they didn't use any form of temperature control as this was middle of a heatwave in summer and the place was HOT. The floor was sticky, too. I got a very unsanitary vibe. The only person apparently in the place was the man in the kitchen who scared me when he said rather forcefully "you wait in your car! I will bring the food to you!" So I went back to my car and the food came out 10 minutes later, which 10 minutes past the time they told me to pick up. I got the food home and by the looks, it didn't seem it would be too bad. WRONG! The egg roll was dripping with grease and tasted so over spiced and mushy, it reminded me of a Mexican taquito. The fried rice was horrible, weirdly seasoned, and tasted stale. The chicken was overly breaded and tasted like it was frozen and quickly thawed to make it into this meal. The soup was gelatinous and had so much black pepper in it, but surprisingly this was the most palatable of this meal. Sadly I wasted the food and my money as I threw it away. The menu has many other things to choose from but the whole vibe of this place was so sketchy and bad, I can't give it a second chance.

So I was extremely hesitant to order based on the reviews. I would have given 5 stars but the spicy tuna sushi roll was horrible. I ordered Thai food. I had honey chicken and pad see ew. Very very good flavor and decent size orders. I picked it up and it did take longer than expected but not terribly. I went in and paid and then it was brought out to my car. I’d get Thai food again from them.

I order from this place they told me it would take 40 minutes even though I ordered literally two things once I got my food it wasn’t even what I asked for I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken they gave me fried chicken that looked very old. The lo mein that I ordered tasted burnt. I gave the guy $20 and I immediately called him back to give me back my money and he told he was only giving me $15 back even though he had literally left my apartment. I’m so disgusted and recommend no one order from here ever! The guy was very rude and told me he was tired and didn’t feel like coming and I explain to him that I had a three-year-old that I had to feed so I needed my money back!
