This was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I had placed my order on the app, but when I had reached the order board the young man said he didn't see my order and maybe i ordered at another DnD. A manager heard our conversation, asked me what my order consisted of and put it through. When I parked I checked and I definitely placed the order at a different location. This was totally my mistake, but the manager just went ahead and made everything ok without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you whomever you are. You are what everybody in the service industry, including myself, should strive to be. You taught me something about hospitality.

This Dunkin is awful! Besides being old and dirty, the service is slow and some staff are really dopey...and I'm being kind. They handed me a hot coffee through drive-thru. The lid was not properly secured, so needless to say, hot coffee poured all over my hand. The employee's comment...'Would you like a different cup?' This is the worst D&D I've ever been to!

They really need more employees. Drive thru line is wrapped around and about a 20 min wait every morning. Going inside does not speed up this process because they are focused on the drive thru.

if i could give this dunkin negative stars i would. it was super busy and between making orders the employees would be on their phones. absolutely the worst experience. took 10 minutes to get my one coffee.

I ordered a medium hot vanilla chai (latte??) with coconut milk via the drive-thru. It tasted awful \\u0026 I was charged $5.00! I didn't receive a receipt. Service is lacking

I never have an issue here. I always order from the Dunkin app and by the time I get there, my coffee or breakfast sandwich is ready. I take advantage of any deals being offered. Jessica was great. When they were out of stock of a holiday coffee (again I took use of an in app deal), Jessica did not charge me any extra on the holiday cofee and the workers had it ready within a few minutes. The drive through is always very crowded so I definitely suggest using the smart phone app to place your order and then head on over

Iced coffee is always hit or miss. Bitter nasty dark brown so nasty. Spend so much money there and the coffee is barely ever made correctly. Most of the employees need to be trained again on how to make the coffee properly. During the week it’s better but still sometimes hit or miss

5 people working only one girl is moving all over from window to indoor customers. The guy made all the orders while and the rest of them just chatting and laughing without giving our orders. So one of the young girl not wearing the glasses asked if i had ordered and i said yea a while a go and my order is there and she replied well just asking and then she goes gets it and bring it over and slams it hard on the counter and runs away to the back where i can’t see her. VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN
