Excellent dishes, super friendly staff, and the best spot for a classic plain pizza and garlic knots in Jackson by a long shot. Sauce is a 10/10, the ONLY downside for me personally is they use breaded mozzarella sticks instead of battetered but to each their own.Parking: Large parking lot, plenty of spaces.
Figured I’d try this place. Everything came raw. The pizza was completely undercooked which caused it to be a soupy mess. The chicken parm sub was also very undercooked. The bread wasn’t even toasted. It was like they cut a fresh loaf, tossed it on there and wrapped it up. Very disappointing.

Ok. Order from here ALOT! Got mussels in red sauce and half weren't open. As a cook you should get rid of them! Total rip off and very disappointing.

It was a small place. Nothing crazy. The pizza was mediocre at best and for a slice and it's about 9 dollars. Which is way too much for any pizza let alone a mediocre one. I'll definitely never get a slice there again.

Tried them out the other day, on their menu online, my order should have been $28, I got there and it was $49! It seems they charged me for 2 dinners instead of the eggplant rollatoni app on the menu. The food was terrible and was soaked in a pink sauce not red. Soggy eggplant, just terrible. I would stick to pizza guys...
Everytime I order the girls on the phone mess it up every single time. Go somewhere else. This occurred more than once. Will not be back.

This place was absolute fire when Luisa actually owned it. I used to order it 2, sometimes 3 times per week for dinner. I didn't even mind paying the high prices because the food was so damn good. Ever since she sold it about a year ago the quality has steadily declined and the prices have steadily increased. I am one of those people who loves a great deal, but does not mind paying more for better quality. I wish I could say that about Luisa's now. Periodically, I do order from there so I can see if anything has changed and every time I find myself missing Luisa's homemade cooking. I hope they continue to improve though and will continue to give them chances.

For a small shop, Luisa's pizza was truly surprising! They only have a few small tables but my family squeezed in and ate the pizza there fresh! Crust even for a pepperoni and sausage pizza was perfect. The sauce had a great taste and flavor and was balanced right with the cheese. My kids even loved it!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Been ordering from Luisa’s for years been excellent. But last 2 times very disappointing. Getting orders wrong ordered baked Gnocchi and got baked Ziti. Not sure how you mistake the sound of those 2The margarita pie has been the best anywhere but this time it was horrible came with no fresh basil. The dough was chewy and super dense like it was not proofed properly. The taste was nothing like we remember it used to be very sweet fresh garlicky taste but now was covered with the minced garlic from a jar which has a very unique after taste. Not good we couldn’t even eat it. Veal Parm sandwich came on pizza dough bread??? They claim to now use homemade bread I’m sorry homemade Italian or semolina bread is not a blob of cooked pizza dough cut in half, terrible texture very dense pizza dough does not make a good sandwich. Also ordered a buffalo burrata Salad and I got it with cooked chicken on it which I did not order and the hot chicken made all the lettuce and cold items in the salad hot and wilted. So disappointed I did not call to complain but after 10 years of eating there and $80 it’s just not worth it when only 1 item was ok to eat . Everything is just going down hill the quality of products and services. Take out almost everywhere is very inconsistent! Real shame

In today’s world, it seems people are quick to write bad reviews, which from my personal experience are not always true or fair, especially when it comes to the food business. On the other hand, good reviews tend to be seldom, but I do appreciate those that take the time to fully express their good experiences as I will here.I was visiting my family in Jackson NJ for the holidays and wanted to contribute to the Xmas Eve & Day dinners and that is when I came across Luisa’s Pizza, Pasta & More. Sal the owner is great to say the least. I ordered various trays of food along with some side dishes and all were excellent and plenty of it! A couple of food items deserve being highlighted- Fried Calamari was perfect; Eggplant Parm was amazing; if you like artichokes, you must try the Artichoke Hearts Francese. I highly recommend Luisa’s. Thank you Sal & Staff! Happy New Year!!
Pizza was pretty thin and small the crust was also thin as well as hard. The cheese didn't look too appealing either. This cost me six bucks.

I love their pizza, we usually ask for the same thing every time and lightly cook it and they'll do it
