I have been coming to this McDonald's for a long time now.. there has never been a problem with the service.. today during my visit, I overheard the conversation between the store manager and the district manager. This district manager is terrible, the way she was talking about the employees, she sounds like nothing but pure ghetto trash. She should definitely not be a district manager.i Felt bad listening to the way she was belittling the employees out in the parking lot cleaning because there where taking to long to clean n throw garbage out.

Specifically this store in Jackson. I'm not sure what the night crew is doing/up to at night. But almost every time I get something from there. Specifically at night. They ALWAYS forget to give me something!! Or they give me the complete opposite of what I ordered. I totally understand it's night time, and you run out of things. And I'm not ordering 5 minutes before they close. It's well a few hours before so I'm assuming you should have stuff!! And it's never just one thing they forget!! It's just very frustrating cause coming from someone who worked in that industry you think they would be more aware of the orders and what they are handing out to people. It's fast food but that doesn't mean cut half my order out to make it faster! The food is good there. But their service is awful at night!! Before you leave there please double check your bags so you don't leave without half your food!! I have also received an order one time with cash and change inside. I guess since they did not have something I ordered. So I guess that was considerate for once.

Stopped in to grab lunch with my wife on Saturday after food shopping at shop rite for groceries for dinner. Pulled up to the order screen at the drive through and the previous customers order was on the screen, the kid comes over the intercom and asks if I’ll be using the Mobil app today. I said no. I informed him that the menu wasn’t on the screen, he said he didn’t know how to change it. So I said ….so I can’t see the menu? He got agitated and almost yelled I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT. So my wife and I went off the top of our head and ordered value menus items because we didn’t know the names of any of the meals. $17 later for 3 burgers a McChicken and a medium fry I pull up to the window, kids about 17, sniveling acne ridden teenager that looked like Ron Weasley’s brother. Didn’t say a word to me. I paid him and moved on. Was going to complain at the next window but didn’t say anything because I know this McDonald’s is horrible. Avoid it at all cost. They just reopened Burger King right down the road. Oh and they Mayo on the McChicken tasted sour.
If i could leave zero stars i would . This mcdonalds is continually bad. Just driving away now and waited in a parking spot for a small coffee for 10 minutes….cant wait any longer and refuse to walk in…..mangement is continually horrible since the day it was built 20 years ago….will go outta my way for a different one from here on

Stopped in here last night and was so impressed by the female manager that I felt compelled to give her a review. McDonalds food idsMcDonalds food, and there arent many people on the planet that dont love it, I know my family does, but when you see someone who acts as professionally as this lady did, and goes out of her way to offer great service in a timely manner, it shouldnt go unnoticed. I didnt get her name but she had some tattoos, and really made for an impactful experience, so much so I thought I would mention it here! This McDonalds never disappoints but yesterday it was memorable!

5 stars for service. Everybody have their own taste and they try their best to serve the quality expected but this review is specifically for their service and atmosphere. I thought I had order a large ice coffee until I got to the booth in drive through and realized it was small, they still changed it to a large size one on the spot. Just love it!
