it's simple, what my wife stated. Great restaurant that should consider customer relationships beyond typographical errors. Bait and switch can't be the standard for a ridiculously inflationary time.

We are long time (at least 6 yrs) customers of Mona Lisa. We go 2 times per week, a weekday for pizza and Saturday for dinner. The service is impeccable but tonight we got our bill and we had ordered 2 cheesesteaks, on the menu the price was $12.75 the bill reflected $15. Called over the waitress and she said I ll get you the manager. The manager came over and asked if we had been to the food store lately. We obviously have but how can you charge someone $2.25 more than is reflected on the menus in front of you. It's $4.50 not enough to really worry about but it's the principal. We asked if he could do anything for us and he said I ll get you a cup of coffee. Asked if he would honor menu price and he said no I can get you a cup of coffee. Needless to say we will not be going back. I get he can't lower the price every time we go in but for tonight he could have said I ll honor it but next week you ll have to pay current pricing (even though it's not on his menus that has almost every price adjusted with pen). Very sorry to not be able to go back because the wait staff and service they give is above and beyond what you would expect. A little respect for a long time faithful customer would have been nice.

Been going to this loc for 15+ years. Been through several owners. Yesterday I ordered a fried eggplant sub on the menu. Opened it when I was home. The menu states eggplant, roasted peppers , mozzarella cheese. Sandwich had 1 strip of eggplant, and it looked frozen not fresh, no mozzarella, no roasted peppers. The sandwich went straight in the trash. No comparison to the great food in the last decade+. Not the first time bad pickup togo. But this is my last time.

On the top 4 best pizza places in Jackson. That is saying alot as there is over 20 of them. Only negative thing to say is there meals are $3-$5 more than everyone else and does not include salad with the meal. Meals are good, just overpriced for the area.

I am reading this place as a Dasher. Do not accept any orders from here, unless you have all the Time in the world to wait for it. Every single time I take an order from here I am constantly waiting 15 -20 minutes after it’s already supposed to be ready. It’s ridiculous, I have taken multiple orders from here and every time it’s the same thing by time do you wait the 20 minutes for the customers food to be ready the six dollar pay is not worth it. I have it in here and the food is good but it’s not worth waiting around 30 extra minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

The Service is Excellent. The food is mostly hit or miss and lately miss. Been eating in or taking out for 7 years. Three owners and the food has gone downhill from the first owners. I sometimes feel that the kitchen just reheats food. Sauces leave a lot to be desired. If it wasn’t for the wait staff I would rate it
