Nasty & unprofessional cashier With a Major attitude problem. She seemed Annoyed to have to speak at a normal volume so I could hear her through the glass. Also, I asked for a cup of water & was told they don’t have that. Why work in retail if you hate talking to consumers ? I’ll never go back to this Rita’s. I never experienced an employee at any other Rita’s who needed an attitude adjustment. The owner should be more diligent in hiring employees who are trained in customer service

The owner needs to be more diligent in training/hiring employees. Was treated so rudely & unprofessionally by a cashier. I'll never go back again. She had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her to work. Didn't have the courtesy to speak louder than a whisper so I could hear her through the glass Couldn't give me a paper cup with water. She told me they don't have cups or tap water. I'll never ever go back again

The ice cream is standard fare for any Rita's, so it's a good time. The seating outside though is always so messy - you can't find a spot that isn't covered in layers of congealed ice cream that looks like it's been on the seating and table since the beginning of time. If you're eating to-go it's a far better time.
