Placed an order to be delivered and after 2 hours I had to call to ask for a refund because I didn’t receive my order. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong house and the girl on the phone argued with me that I received it. When she sent the photo I had to point out the house number. Will never order with this place again just for the fact that the customer service I received was poor. I was repeatedly left on hold each time I called back. Finally the driver came back and gave me a refund for my card. They need to learn how to speak to customer Lo’s on the phone and learn how to read numbers.

Romeos is a typical Jersey sit and eat style pizzeria. They also deliver. The pies are decent enough and priced well for the area. They have several types of pizza; anything from square to Ceaser Salad. The place has new ownership within the past few years, and they seem to be doing well. Even if it's not your go-to, it's a place everyone can compromise on bc it has good pie for a good price.Parking: It's a plaza parking lot. It's vacant at times, but the cars coming in and out go fast. It can be hard getting out of the lot bc the location is right next to a light. That's why most people drive so fast- otherwise you're stuck.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Small and quiet. The staff is nice and it's small enough the kids can use the bathroom without you having to go with.

This pizza place is a hidden gem, we had a slice each of chicken and veggie pizza.Non veg pizza are ready however they prepared veggie slice afresh.The pizza was really yum and fresh. The phone was abuzz all the while we were at this place for take away orders.The owner Maria is a great host.Highly recommend!

Thick, steak-like pieces of eggplant, seemingly boiled, tough and chewy, with no seasoning, heaped on bread with a covering of cheese and a splash of sauce. Who makes eggplant parm like that?? Worst eggplant I've ever had in my life. Inedible. Threw the entire dish out. Would have given 1 star, but the pizza was OK. Stick to pizza.

Came on Friday on November 6th. Young girl was working the counter. All I ordered was two beef Pattie's with cheese and a slice. Figured 5 minutes tops. Waiting 15 to ask if it was almost ready to be told another 5 minutes. 5 minutes pass and she said 5 more minutes. Other than a few pic ups and a couple of calls it wasn't that busy. This is how I get the beef Patties! Girl was also not apologetic which annoyed me!
