I went with two of my children. The line went fast, the staff was kind, the place was clean, and the bagels are good! Also, they have a ton of different spreads. I want to try the tofu spread and magic unicorn one.

Very good bagels. They make a nice bacon and egg in a roll. Their bagels are goods but their prices for tuna, whitefish salad etc are pricier than other bagel shops. Large selection of bagels and variety of special cream cheeses.

Have been trying to give this spot multiple chances to be good, due to it being close and convenient, but am most certainly disappointed and dissatisfied every time. Don't bother ordering a PEC, standard is two thin and skimpy slices. Ordered extra pork roll to combat this but they forgot to put it on, another time they forgot to put egg on the sandwich. Either way have to drive all the way back each time. Unless you're getting a cream cheese bagel don't bother. On the bright side the staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambiance inside is nice, just poor execution on the food. Won't be back unfortunately.

Bagels are just ok. Sandwich is messy, they pile scrambled eggs on it making it a mess to bite into. If you call ahead to order the girl hangs up before saying hello. In person she couldn't comprehend I wanted my egg over hard not scrambles. Nothing special happening here

Thank you for making me feel better about the obnoxious amount of money I paid to have Grubhub deliver an egg sandwich and two cream cheese with lox sandwiches. This egg sandwich was perfection. Exactly the way I asked for it to be prepared. Two over easy eggs, Swiss and VERY crispy bacon on a toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, eaten over my kitchen island, still in my pajamas, with last nights makeup still smeared across my face. It's gonna be a good day!

Always Fresh , great staff , Fresh Coffee, lots of bagel options. Gluten Free Bagels available as well that are not Commercially made and frozen

I've been going to the Bazaar for more than a year and until today would have rated them perfect. But today I ordered a bakers dozen and buttered up an egg everything when I got home and what was usually a crisp, easy to chew treat was now a gummy, chewy bagel. I couldn't swallow the chewy dough. It was definitely something different going on. Ingredient change, baker change (?) not sure. I hope that this will be their new quality. If you changed something, please go back to the old recipe.

This place makes great bagels. They also have some unique bagels, like the jalapeno,or habanero bagels if you like them spicy. The staff is always friendly and always gets my order correct.

I have tried all sorts of bagels places around jackson and Howell area. I still come back here for bagels because this is the best bagel place around. Staff is very friendly, and they get you out as fast as they can. The place does get packed at certain times of the day, but in my opinion worth the wait.

Their service is horrible they have 9 kids working and your order is always wrong, and they take so so long to get your order out. Today we went to get some bagels put in the order I asked for an everything bagel not toasted with butter and cream cheese they gave me half plain half everything bagel toasted. When I called to complain they hung up on me.

The bagels and sandwiches are good and the staff has been friendly each time I've come. I might just be spoiled by the bagel spot in my previous hometown, but I'd say this place is "good enough." The prices feel pretty high, but admittedly I can't say I've gone elsewhere to actually compare. I prefer Bagel Bazaar to the other bagel places in Jackson so far.
