They where inadequate to serve groups of people bigger then 2 we waited 30+ minutes to order our food and over an hour for our food to come to us.Food was good but the wait was unbearable!!! And they need to figure out there food service strategies better ..

The food I’m sure is good whenever it arrives but there are some things that will make it a better experience for the customer.A clear menu would be great with pricing that is posted & easy to read at the counter where you order your food.I looked at a to go menu & the print so so small it’s a struggle to understand what you’re ordering unless you eat here often.They don’t have any cabbage which is surprising.It took 35 plus mins for one order of red snapper as well.The staff I’m sure are nice but didn’t once offer me a drink while I waited or anything.

Hair was on the flan.I hate leaving bad reviews but the lady that answered the phone to take my order and attended me was rude seemed frustrated/bothered not only by customers but expressed the same frustration to peers at work. The environment didn’t seem at all friendly

Buffet style lunch counter always pleases! Authentic Dominican food, always homemade. Great prices for lunch too! A definite drive by when in Jamesburg.
I never give 1 star but it is unfortunate that a restaurant with good tasting food has such bad service. Even worse when there is more competition in the area.Those who serve have no customer service at all. Every time I go they have treated me with bad attitude.I have noticed that even the amount of food they serve us is much less than what they serve to others who are given preference.For a place that charges so much for food, they should make sure to give a fair amount and good service.
The food 7/10, what impressed me is that the food on the plate is heated in the MICROWAVE, first and last time :(
