They charged my card three times. Once the correct charge, twice random amounts. As a note, no the charges were not the initial, tip and then combined. These were three final and separate amounts with amounts that couldn’t even add up that way.

They're GREAT!!! Drinks are good, food is made as you prefer. The hostesses are fantastic Amanda,Claire and Stephanie are near perfect - they make Drinks that outrageously Great. Go and try the place once and you'll become a regular customer. Visit and see what I'm talking about.

We used to go to Village Saloon on Wednesdays for $2 Bud Light night, and enjoy their wings. The issue was crowd - way too many people and the musical acts were just SO loud in an awful acoustic space. Waiting for spot at the bar was just not appealing, so my buddy recommended Charley's Tavern a bit down the road. I had been there for drinks, but hadn't really eaten anything. Turns out, Wednesday is "Wing night" with 75 cent wings all night, as many as you wish to order. They also have PBR on draft - $2.50 a pint. Nice!! I can go there and get enough wings for dinner, a few cold ones, and the bill is $20 or under. Now THAT is value in 2024. The wings are perfectly cooked, served with ample blue cheese and they'll gladly provide more if requested. Super tasty sauce and there are plenty of flavor options. This is a winner for sure, we go every Wednesday night. Brought my wife a few weeks back and she ordered a burger that was just perfectly cooked and full of juice and flavor. Sometimes, you don't even want to post these things to keep the secret as tight as possible, but the Charley's staff needs to be recognized. Hats off to the bartenders, always ladies, who remember our drinks week after week. They are almost waiting for us on the bar as we settle in. We'll be back!!

I have lived in Sparta for a few years now and pass by this place constantly. Tonight, we finally had an opportunity to pop in for a cocktail and food. Excellent everything. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to really enjoy the outside area.

Haven't been here since the renovation. We suspect the menu is the same. At the time we went there did was decent. Typical bar pub fare. It's an ok spot, we'd go again.

The food was very good. Their food is well priced and cooked really nicely. I will say, at times their food was a little over seasoned. My friend had the pasta and shrimp with garlic sauce and there was bit too much garlic. I had the French dip with garlic bread though and the garlic bread worked so well with the sandwich.That bar can be a bit noisy but even in late fall the outside section has heaters which keep you warm and it's not as loud.I believe we had Claire as our bartender/waitress and she was wonderful. Attentive, quick, but not intrusive. She took care of that place like a boss.Overall, Charley's was great while not being over priced for drinks and food. Definitely go and enjoy.
