Service here is not good and the place it is really pricy almost 5$ for a small Americano that was decent but not the best in town

I live upstairs from this cafe. Every single time I order they mess up the order. That’s not the problem though. The problem is more the constant attitude they give when they screw up and don’t wanna make orders right. Literally, the rudest staff consistently that I’ve ever seen. Whether you’re kind or tip doesn’t matter they are SO RUDE. Last time here after three horrific interactions.

A must-visit if you're in Paula's Hook or visiting the Statue of Liberty. This is our neighborhood coffee shop and we love the baristas there - don't forget to tip!!! Highly recommend the Farmer's Plate. Breakfast and lunch options here, coffee, as well as some sweet treats and baked goods (if you come early enough). Easily accessible from the Marin Light Rail stop. Outdoor seating available in summer

Good coffee and an airy, sunny space to enjoy it in. Very friendly staff.

I Come here often and has always had great food and service. I’m a coffee lover and theirs is one of the best in JC in my opinion. The burgers are the right size for me with either fries or salad. Did not have breakfast here yet because the place is always busy which is a good sign.

Girl barista there is extremely rude and can’t understand English properly. Almost died from drinking unsafe coffee.

This café is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is inviting, with cozy seating and warm lighting. Their burgers are a flavor explosion, cooked to perfection and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The sandwiches are equally impressive, with a variety of fillings that cater to different tastes. The coffee is expertly brewed, delivering a rich and satisfying flavor. The pastries are a delightful accompaniment, freshly baked and utterly delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming experience for every visitor. Whether you're here for a quick burger fix or to savor a gourmet sandwich, this café provides the perfect ambiance. It's become my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a charming, quality-driven dining experience.

The MC ‘n’ B is by far the best breakfast sandwich in the area. Beechwood salad is reliably great too - lots of chicken. Coffee is pretty good but the food is the standout. Staff are super nice, service is fast even when it’s busy. My go-to weekend breakfast (and occasional lunch)

This is one of my favorite cafés in Jersey city. Great airy space, most delightful staff, good coffee and the food is good as well. I like spending time here sometimes working while listening to (mostly) some classical music. Bathrooms are always clean.Must try - pancakes, granola bowl, California veggie burger, bulgogi bowl, Cajun chicken salad, eggs Bennie

Barista was absolutely disgusting. He literally scratched his butt before serving me my coffee. This happened a few weeks ago but I decided to speak out about it. Usually customer service is pretty great but there’s one gentleman who is very rude and apparently

Coffee is more hit than miss, service is generally nice but with the exception of one employee. He genuinely doesn't seem happy there that I'd rather not buy anything if I see he's working the register.

I went here on my 30 minute lunch break and I ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla I asked the cashier how long it would be to make my order because I am on lunch. He then goes 10 minutes 25 minutes pass by and then I get my order. If I had known prior it was going to take that long I wouldn't have ordered anything. I wasted majority of my break standing and waiting for an order. That should have been 10 minutes. If you are on a lunch break and you want to grab something quick and eat, do not come here you'll be waiting 25 to 30 minutes for your order
