Stopped by at 5:17 pm on a Tuesday and was met by a "back in 10 min" sign. I drove 2 miles and looked for parking downtown so i waited and no one one showed up. Thanks for wasting my time!Update*Went back again today at 12:20 p.m. there is a back in 5 minutes sign lol. Cant make this up.

I have never been here, but I get the cookies mail order and love them! Thanks BANG COOKIES for making an awesome ORGANIC cookie! Some cookies are very gooey and undercooked. Not all cookies are organic, just the regular stars are. Still very good cookies!

I literally came during working hours at 8:30 pm and there was a guy inside but the door was locked and he didn’t want to tell me anything about why as I’m saying it’s still opening time he just looks at me and just turns around. I traveled so far to finally go this place that I have been following on Instagram since 2021 to encounter a disrespectful jerk. I ended up going to the yogurt spot next doors that had brownies and ice cream so much better service and I’m sure better desserts.

I used to love these cookies when they were sold at events and farmers markets, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. The batch we had tonight were cakey and not at all reminiscent of how they used to be.

We’re huge fans of Bang in downtown Jersey City and knew we had to share our cookie obsession with our wedding guests when they visited our neighborhood for our big day this past fall. Bang cookies were the perfect hotel welcome bag treat for our guests spending the weekend. Bang has long been our go-to for late night sweet tooth cravings, so it was a no brainer to incorporate them in our wedding. The team was easy to work with and we had no problems setting up a large cookie order. Our cookies were ready on time and packed away in easy to carry boxes. They were delicious as always and our guests were thrilled to have a giant sweet treat waiting for them. Whether it be a weekday snack or special event treat, we highly recommend ordering Bang!

DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THE WEBSITE.I ordered directly from the website instead of DoorDash thinking I was supporting the business. I placed my order at 5:30, paid a $6 delivery fee, and chose the 6-7pm delivery window. My order was accepted at 6:30 and was delivered by DoorDash at 7:45.Over a 2 hour wait for mediocre cookies! Had I known they were just going to send my order to DoorDash, I would’ve ordered through them and gotten my cookies sooner.Judging by the long wait and how angry my dasher looked, I’m guessing the $6 fee didn’t go to the driver. I know DoorDash orders with no tip take the longest to get to get delivered. I have DashPass so my delivery would’ve been free and those $6 could’ve been a tip for the driver.

one of your workers decided to close the whole store to take a smoke break at 8 pm. he told people passing by that it was closed, and reopened it a few minutes later after his smoke was over..honestly really

What a Big Cookie!! I never paid this much for a box of cookies, but it was definitely worth it! I bought the Valentines Sample Box for my wife and I and we enjoyed them on Valentines Day with a cup of coffee. They arrived on time and packaged well and were delicious. They did not disappoint. Thanks so much!
