Eaten here about six times. Never had a problem with service so far, as other people have reported, but except for one girl, friendly they are not. Can't use their delivery app because it doesn't allow you to remove certain ingredients and I'm afraid they'll get itvwrong if i write ot in the instructions. While the food taste okay, the portions are fine, and the price is okay for area, I did receive a burrito once that was extra salty. And unfortunately, they skimp on the salsa, sour cream, and cheese as if these are expensive commodities. Luckily, I keep these at home, but still. Also, the extra charge of using your card for convenience to pay rubs me the wrong way. Lot of the stores in the area are doing this now. I've started actually carrying cash again.

Awful, would not even let the legal 21 year old get a drink. Just wanted to watch Seton Hall. Went to my family bar and had a great time. ID’s checked and we still celebrated.

If I could give no stars, I would. The food is below average and tastes like everything came out of a bag. Taco Bell serves better food than this place. The attitude of the “general manager” is worse than the food. The food soured my stomach and the gm soured my mood. Go to taco drive on the corner of Newark Ave and Jersey ave. Food and service is way better!

The customer service will have you leaving quicker than you entered! They speak with attitude and as if you have interrupted their day. The father and son duo do not value the customers that keep their doors open. The young female who usually is at the counter is fairly decent to order with. I will not spend another dollar at this establishment. They ought to re-evaluate how their business is run.

Customer service was horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but going there got me in the worst mood. When it comes to food, I am a firm believer that if the service is not good, the food will not sit right. The food was indeed not worth dealing with the cashier’s nasty attitude. The menu prices are way off from what they actually charge.

This used to be a favorite place of mine and I would order once a week. Man, has it slipped. This is the third disappointing experience in a row. I got a beef bay burrito and it was inedible--seriously it was the saltiest food I've ever received. Tasted as though someone just poured salt into the rice. I also asked for extra cheese (and paid for it), but there was no cheese in the burrito. I also asked for them to grill the burrito, again, refused to do it--despite that not costing them anything. Really disappointing after being a customer for two years, but really can't give the place a fourth chance.

Bubby's burritos is dead to me. I will never order from them again. I've ordered from them many many times but today was the last time. Today I ordered through Uber eats. I open the stapled bag and find that half the order was missing. I call Bubby's and the manager was rude and aggressively told me that they didn't forget items and that the Uber driver must have taken the items. The bag was stapled like 5 times. Ridiculous!! I will never give them my business again. If they would have just made the missing item I would have gladly gone to pick it up so my husband could eat dinner too and would remain a faithful customer. I will never order from them again ever!

I'm honestly shocked by the amount of negative reviews on here... we stopped in at Bubby's Burritos on Saturday morning and were very impressed! We ordered the Fajita Steak and Spicy Steak burritos to go. We had to wait a few minutes, but when we got them they were fresh and hot! Also, very affordable prices! We loved our orders and will definitely return again.
