Wonderful service. Very attentive waitresses and waiters. The oysters in the half shell, and the octopus were fabulous, as was the ox tail!We also got some very delicious dessert :)I love how it has the theme of being a “hole-in-the-wall” type of place where there is a low-key/secret entrance through the pizza place called VB3.There is a dress code, but it’s not too strict or too fancy. But just right for the atmosphere. They played ‘happenin’ music … lol. Idk why my word is ‘happenin’, but you get the point! They also have live DJ after a certain time (I think 9 PM)It was dimly lit and comfortable. There are chairs and booths. It’s handicap accessible as well which is a plus in my book!!!Also, the owner is quite a swell guy!!! I highly recommend coming here on many occasions; whether it’s a small party, a casual night out, a date night, or if you’re just spending time with friends/family, it’s a cool spot for it all . What a great experience I had !Oh, and they offered hookah too if you’re interested!9/10 is my recommendation!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely accessible for power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs and for anyone who has difficulty walking. No steps or ramps to maneuver or deal with. Bathroom is also accessible. The entire floor is spacious enough to not get around & one continuous walk way. Plenty of room & an excellent staff to help with any needs.

When it came to celebrating my birthday with my girlfriends this year, there was no doubt in my mind where to go. This place has been on my radar for some time, but wanted my first time to be special and with my girls. Made a reservation a few weeks in advance for a Saturday night. We parked in the parking garage for $10 as parking is really scarce in this area. We waited in the pizzeria while the hostess came to sit us at our table. Our reservation was for 730 so the place wasnt as busy but by the time we were leaving, it was at capacity. Our hostess made sure to reinform us that we had our time limit at our table. Ambiance -this place is SEXY. Dark, a tad intimate but with a full functioning bar with seats. Its a very nice speakeasy with photo ops upon entrance, which I liked. Very cool art pieces, a tree in a restaurant...very nice. Even the rest room was nice. Once seated, we ordered food and drinks. We chose to order a bunch of appetizers as the entree list was short. Drinks: Had the wolf and guava kickz. both were good, but not strong enough. We had the following: GRILLED SPANISH OCTOPUS - Okay, was a bit chewy and not seasoned enough PINCHO DE OXTAILS - meaty, fell off the bone, a tad on the sweet side, but good nonetheless CHIMI BURGER SLIDERS- yummy. Very tasty SNAKE RIVER FARMS SKIRT STEAK - So delicious, but only three for $25 ARROZ CON GRANDULES - so good MADUROS Dessert: APPLE BOMB and CHOCOLATE TRES LECHES CAKE Our waitress came out with lights and sang Happy Birthday to me. There was a burlesque dancer and music playing by a DJ. It was such a wonderful experience. I was even able to take pics with the dancer on my way out. Great place, beautiful ambiance, good food, GREAT TIMES!

Tiktok failed me with this one….Lets get the good things out the way, they concept is cool and the food was descent…..But if you’re a darker skin individual and a party of two, you will be put in a corner somewhere like its 1935, we sat and ate for 2 hours and no one showed up for the more desirable seatings so it wasn’t even about it being reserved. Next, the drinks lol I got tipsy off sipping wine at home more than I did here, we had 3 cocktails and a shot and left more sober than we came. You guys are trying way too hard to be the “IT” spot. Also, the secret entrance is stupid if you have to wait 10-15 minutes to be let in and i got my own coat from coat check because no one is ever at the entrance so think twice about coat check. NEVER again will i be in this trash establishment.

The concept is cute. A speakeasy in a pizza shop. The exclusivity of the membership ONLY falls flat once you enter.. I’ve seen better decor at rooftops / restaurants. And have had better service at lower end places. The men are nice but the women I feel aren’t very service friendly, I assume because they are dressed like bartenders at the strip club they don’t have to try very hard.No seasoning at all on their food. I got the red, snapper and tostones burgers. The only thing I did enjoy was the fries! The music was excellent!

Overall, we had a pretty average experience. Not worth the relatively high prices. We ordered the sliders for starters, red snapper and salmon for entree and the cheesecake for dessert. The sliders were below average. There's a review on here somewhere that complained about no salt in the sliders several months ago. That complaint still holds! 3/10Both the fish entrees were pretty decent though. Good taste and the salmon was cooked perfectly to medium rare and a crunchy exterior. Solid 8/10The dessert was cheesecake and let's just say it was average. Definitely have had better cheesecake elsewhere. 6/10Service was pretty decent albeit a little slow even without much crowd. 3/10If you're looking for better food, just go to Fire and Oak instead which is very close to this place and has way better food.Other than that, nothing here made me think "I'm gonna be back".Overall, 5/10 experience. Pretty average for the costs.

I attended Casa de Lobo for a birthday dinner for 6 ppl in Jan 2024. The food was decent and the decor was nice. HOWEVER,When everyone checked their bank statements for the charges, they added an additional $700 to our entire bill even after we swiped & signed! The following items were added:3 steak entrees (we didn't even order that)2 spicy guac & chips (we didn't even order that)1 crispy cauliflower (we didn't even order that)1 lemonade (we didn't even order that)2 sweet corn brulee's (we didn't even order that)3 maduros (we ordered 1)2 oxtail apps (we ordered 1)3 salmon entrees (we ordered 1)5 extra shots (we ordered 6)4 extra bottles of water (we ordered 2)4 extra cocktails (we ordered 10)When my friends and I reached out to them they were able to correct the bill; HOWEVER, it made me question how often this happens and quite frankly it left a bad taste in my mouth. For it being such an expensive & "exclusive" restaurant, you would think things like this wouldn't happen, and to top it all off, the music/DJ was subpar.Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We had a wonderful experience here. This local speakeasy was worth the trouble of getting lost. Please know you have to enter through the Pizzeria. Our server was wonderful, and the host took the best photo of our group after dinner (thank you so much). The DJ that started around 9:30pm was so good he played a nice mix of all of our favorites. Our group ordered the hookah and was impressed with the service. Everything with the restaurant was phenomenal and the birthday celebration for my friend was a wonderful touch and we were allowed to bring our own cake (call ahead). P.S. - I would give the oxtail appetizer a 10 out of 10 - must try. Keep in mind this place is pricey, but I have no complaints just be prepared plus auto gratuity.

New speakeasy in JC. This is a members only restaurant. A friend had to accept a friend request from the restaurant on Instagram as part of their vetting process. You walk in through VB3 pizzeria and the door to the restaurant is hidden therein. Once we walked into the restaurant we were seated immediately. Atmosphere and decor is nice. We ordered a few appetizers which were all good. The chimi sliders needed to be on a smaller plate. They only give you two and when it was brought out it just looked like it didn't belong on that large plate. Music is great- 90's- early 2000's hip hop and R&B. There's a bar area with plenty of seating. Drinks were very good. The reason I removed a star was because our waitress delayed in bringing us our second round of drinks. Also, once we finished eating we were being rushed because our table was given to three individuals who were standing right next to our table. This was awkward. We spent quite a bit (over $500) I don't usually put pricing in my reviews but this was not cool to feel rushed. If we weren't spending much then I understand the business decision to get us to give the table up but that was not the case. On a positive note our server was very nice throughout our time and she gave us food recommendations for food items.

First off all, the ambience and decor is fire. Secondly, the music is all bangers. Top hits and renditions from all your favorite 90s and 2000s Hip Hop and R&B. There isn't one song where you aren't bobbing your head and mouthing along with the chorus. That is to say when you're not sipping on well balanced and creative cocktails or noshing on fantastic menu options. We had the pollo lollipops, the Salmon and the Wagyu Churrasco. This was by far one of the best steaks we've had in a long time. So tender and flavorful and melted on your tongue. Great pairing with the mashed yuca. The salmon was buttery and flaky. Great sized portions!!The chocolate tres leches was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Of course, nothing would taste as great if it were not for the wonderful service and treatment from the moment you walk in. The host, the bartender, Mo and our amazing server, Paula. It's a members only spot and they make you feel valued and appreciate your company.

One of NJ’s best spots to go to. The staff is super nice, the vibes is exactly how it should be, and drinks are on point. This is the place to be.

Finding the place is tricky, however I get it because it’s a VIP club. It’s beautiful inside with a great staff. The food was beautiful to look at and not flavorful in any capacity in fact I left hungry. Music is way too loud and makes it difficult to enjoy eating and having a conversation without yelling to your party.

I was here for a party and was significantly disappointed. My expectations based off the website were significantly inflated compared to what I actually experienced. The food and service was subpar at best. My drinks took far too long, the sliders were dry, the skirt steak was cold (and somehow burnt tasting and raw at the same time) and the salad (which came out after our entree) was bone dry and didn’t have a hint of dressing on it.The burlesque dancers are a weird addition. How do you go from Spanish music/rap to old timey burlesque music and 2 dancers? The whole experience is a disappointment. And to find out that people actually have to PAY to be members here is disgusting. You literally couldn’t pay me to come back here.
