Food isnt as good late near closing time but is 100 percent worth the price when you are early any time before 6. Workers are some of the most kindest respectful employees who I have ever seen in food service

WORST LOCATION EVER!I have ordered from the app for pick up a couple of times in the past 12 months. Every time I have been disgusted with what I received.The sandwich is cold, disheveled/falling apart and most importantly the SIZE/PORTION of chicken is REPEATEDLY much smaller than any location I have ever been to. The fries are consistently disgusting…small and broken bottom of the fryer pieces and sauces are missing.The employees at this location are RUDE and apathetic. The owner of this location clearly does not care that they are cheating customers because they are the only location around for miles and miles.Chick Fila corporate needs to do something about this horrible and uncharacteristic location.

This is the best Chick Fil A! Food always comes out at a perfect time. The staff are very nice! They serve good quality food! Lemonade is sweet! Chicken is crispy and so are the fries! Very pleasant experience!Kid-friendliness: Good for kids and a wide area of seating arrangements.
The tension is very fast, they serve hot food, it is actually one of my favorite restaurants for its good service.

Food is great. Thing that sucks is when you order online, by the time they bring the food to your car ( place is located inside Newport Mall on the 3rd floor) at times our food has been cold. Since this is the only chick fil a in our area we just deal with it. Theres been times where they would forget to bring down our drinks and we would have to wait another 20 mins for them to go all the way up and all the way back down with them. All in all...i would recommend....its chick fil a lol!Parking: They have 5 spots available for chick fil a outside the mall, but most times people park in these spots to avoid parking in the mall parking lot to avoid paying $4 for parking. You see people park and jump out their car and run into the mall...sheesh!
A 4.1 for MC means they are one of the best stores across the nation, but a 4.1 for Chi means they are one of the worst performers

I hate that I am doing this but I have to. Customer service has always been top tier but whats happening with food quality?? I keep receiving cold, stale fries that looks like they were made hours ago. Once or twice i let it go but cmon out of every 10 meals only 1 will have good

Worst place to pick up from. They always take an insanely long time to get orders ready. You can wait upwards of 15 - 30 mins here. I've even seen people that came after me get their order faster. Beware of this place. Horrible service.

They saw us trying to order and they literally stared at us and just did nothing to be helpful. This was absolutely disgusting behavior especially during the holiday times. If you’re not gonna helpful at least be nice to strangers who aren’t being rude or disrespectful. All the workers were standing around doing nothing with herds of people around waiting for their food.
