Went in and ordered BARBACOA burrito. Server was lovely . Tried the burrito and it was so salty. Went to server and said it was so salty. Asked me if i want a refund or another one and i said a refund. She called the manger. The manager then said they dont out salt in their carbitas . Then i realized i ordered BARBACOA. Same reason. I said i want a refund. He brushed it off and aaid he can make another one and I can throw the salty burrito in the trash. I said this is so salty i promise. Then he proceeded to get a BARBACOA sample and gave it to me. I tasted it and wasnt salty. I remarked interesting. What made it salty? He brushed it off again. I just wanted yo have a refund after i had 2 bites of the salty barbacoa. I love the server t since she has good customer service but the manager however failed miserably with customer service and that of active listening. He has no finesse and i as a customer find it really rude of him to not offer anrefhnd and asked me to throw the salty burrito in the trash. He is definitely up for higher ups coaching or PIP. He is not an asset to this branch.

I’m visiting from out of town and went during lunch rush hour and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency displayed by the entire team. No other chipotle location I’ve visited in other states have been this efficient.

Once I read a number of bad reviews about this store, I was somewhat afraid to visit. I visited and had my bowl several times, and I think this is not that bad so far. Foods are delicious and the workers at the store are not rude. Except for one thing that the portion of guacamole is quite small, I would recommend this store to everyone.

I got food poisoning after having food here last year. I ordered again this year and same thing happened. The meat tasted salty and bad.
They are now serving ½ of what use to be served for the same price. Drowned my bowl in sour cream. Asked for gayc didn't get it. Ask for dressing and only got a table spoon. My chicken was cold and not that great. This chipotle has gone down hill for

I went yesterday around 7:30 PM (01/26) and was served by Carlos. He was not welcoming at all, didn't smile, and it was evident that he didn't want to work. On top of that, he poorly distributed the ingredients in my burrito, leaving one side cold and the other hot. Also, when I opened the packet, it was completely split in two, making it inedible. What a shame.
Items missing from order, yet they charged me. Manager refuses to refund for missing items. Expects me to take time off from work to make another trip to pick up items.I reached out to the web site that the "owner" posted. It is worthless! It is a generic FAQ web site. Yet another example of POOR management.

Is this Burrito or open Burrito. Very hard to eat. I asked the lady to double wrap still she did worst job in wrapping. When I asked to do correctly she said it’s just liquid. How am I supposed to eat this?
