Just received my order. When I collected the bag the temperature seemed off. Upon my my surprise I’m being delivered this atrocity. I order chicken no chicken, rice is undercooked and everything is just thrown together. This is disrespectful.

My visits to Chipotle Journal Square have been consistently frustrating, primarily due to their rice preparation. During my last visit, I encountered a disheartening experience.The portion of rice served was disappointingly small, despite my request for more. Additionally, when I ordered queso, I found a piece of meat in it. When I asked for a fresh serving without the meat, I was told they had run out of queso.Even during checkout, the lack of customer service continued. The cashier showed no gratitude when I tipped and failed to acknowledge my thanks.Given these recurring issues, I've decided not to return to Chipotle Journal Square. Guys, be careful before going to this location. You will be a bit disappointed with the quantity of food they serve. And if you are a pure vegetarian, then no, because even their vegetarian products have pieces of meat in them, which you won't notice because they are so busy serving.

The worst chipotle location EVER!!!! The food tastes awful and their rice always hard and salty especially the brown rice on top of that the worst customer service ever!!! When I wanted to speak to a manager they told me that he is busy right now even though i see him right in front of me and he ignored me after i insisted to speak to him he was rude and after i complained to him about the quality of the food and the speed of the service he told me to go somewhere else if i didn’t like eating here!! Come on this how you treat your customers? Seriously I couldn’t believe that he is a manager because no way he said that to me plus idk why he was aggressive talking to me and when i asked about his name he refused to tell me and then left, i asked the cashier girl about his name she told me his name was Laji or Naji something like that he was black and kinda tall.I love getting chipotle for lunch but recently the quality dropped and over priced with this customer service i will take my business somewhere else.

I stopped going to Chipotle (after going weekly) when their CEO bragged about how much they can raise prices without increasing quality. Well I went one last time to use my remaining rewards on free chip and guac. They forgot to give me my chips and skimped on the meat. I deleted their app and am done for good.

On March 11, 2024, around 5:30 pm I went to Chipotle, located at Journal Square and I have experienced the worst customer service today. I had ordered 2 veggie bowls for me and my brother, mind you we are vegetarians so no chicken or any kind of meat, I was very clear and spoke at a high voice so worker could hear me but still my bowls turned out to be wrong, i asked for sour cream, instead the worker puts red salsa which I never asked for, once again, i kept my anger at a low level and continued on with my orders, and once again, i asked for no cheese, gets cheese added, while doing the payment i had asked for guacamole on the side, but serving was half of what’s normally given, it is so ridiculous and so rude of these workers to treat their customers like i had experienced today, it is disgusting, and extremely disappointing, customer service: 0, cleanliness: 0 & respect: absolutely a 0
Was my first and last time I went to this location. Went there today(Monday, March 11th) at 6:30pm, to take out 3 veggie bowls, while I was giving specific instructions for each bowl the person making it kept going on putting everything in every bowl. After saying it’s okay, the worker kept telling me I told him to do so… when clearly he didn’t listen to me. Another worker took over and was nice about it. The workers made all the bowls wrong, I’m paying for them so of course I would want my food to taste good but I stayed calm because as a worker I know how frustrating it gets when it gets really busy, but the customer service was very poor. During the time of payment, the worker snatched the money out of my hands… when I had stayed calm even after they made them wrong. The workers need to be trained and if they can’t tolerate working at a place where you need to show respect, they shouldn’t be working there. Management needs to do something about this. As a retail worker I try my best to give every customer a good experience but this location didn’t care at all. Never going back there.

I have ordered from this store for over a dozen times, and the amount of meat in each delivery is just constantly decreasing. I paid for two full size of protein, chicken and steak, but the bowl I received has just enough protein that could barely cover the very bottom of the bowl. $20+ for this nonsense. This is nuts.don't waste your money on this store. you could get much better quality from other branches
