THIS LOCATION STOLE MY MONEY OFF MY DEBIT CARD! I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE APP FOR THIS NEWPORT MALL LOCATION. THE APP SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 12:35. THE APP SHOWED THE HOURS OF OPERATION FROM 11-8pm. I GOT THERE AT 12:20 NO ONE WAS THERE, THE STAND WAS CLOSED WITH NO SIGN, NO FOOD ON DISPLAY COMPLETED DESERTED! I WAITED UNTIL 12:50 NO ONE SHOWED UP! I CHECKED BACK AT 1:30 AND THE STAND WAS STILL CLOSED! I CALLED CORPORATE AND I WAS TOLD THAT CORPORATE CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS IT IS THE MANAGER OF THE KIOSK THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING MY CARD. I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT GOOGLE HAS ONLINE FOR THIS KIOSK AND IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL SAYING “THIS PERSON GAS A VOICEMAIL THAT HAS NOT BEEN SETUP YET” I ALSO SENT SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES AND IVE GOT NO RESPONSE. CORPORATE SAID THEY OPENED AN INVESTIGATION AND EACH KIOSK IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED! THIS OWNER IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED! DO NOT USE THE APP!

1st time trying a cinnabon, and was not disappointed! The woman at the kiosk was was wonderfully kind and patient as she listened to this over enthusiastic tourist lament the lack of cinnabon in the UK! 5star service!

Sunday 09/03/23 , I have been waiting for my order since 11:45 am until 12:15 am, and no one is in the store, knowing that the store is open. I tried to contact them, but their phone is not working!!!And when the worker came, he did not pay attention to me and did not even try to apologize for his prolonged absence, knowing that I submitted my request to him on the phone, and he went out again and disappeared, which made me cancel the order !!!This is really so disgusting

The most nastiest customer service I have ever seen in my life I ordered a classic Cinnabon you would think that should be quick but no I almost waited 25min.The worst part there was no other customers .Also they need better staff because when I voiced my concern to the manager he took it as a joke I didn’t get his name but he was a short Hispanic male he’s a well round guy and has black hair if he is at the counter or making anything good luck because he is going to mess up your order twice and get upset and mad

Poor customer service the man I believe to be the manger was rude was on his phone and didn’t listen to my complaint that I made when my service wasn’t good. He’s the short Hispanic man with black hair I believe he is the manger . I’m very upset with how he address me he kept brushing me off. I recommend not going to this location

I recommend this new Caramel pecanbon flavor at the Newport mall center
They cinnamon rolls are not prepared on site. They heat the rolls up in a microwave. They're not as fresh as I've become accustomed to. I found this to be very disappointing to the flavor and texture I expect from Cinnabon.I cannot imagine going back. The sales person was excellent but even good customer service couldn't ready me for taste of old cinnamon rolls reheated on the microwave.

The lady with the glasses at the kiosk tried to scam me, I go there almost everyday to get a regular sized lemonade and she tried to give me it in a smaller cup and not the the actual size. Never buying again if it's gonna cause me a headache
