After purchasing several doughnuts and coffee, the staff in the morning shift on 11/25/23 denied me a plastic bag to carry all the goods. Now I understand why the place is empty most of the time. It’s worth the wait at Starbucks for better food and service!

This is a very nice Dunkin' location situated in the mall. The coffee was great like most Dunkin's. The cashier was very nice.

Avoid this place! Twice I’ve order donuts and munchkins from this location and it’s staled. They sell people overnight and staled food.

Rude staff, Ordered a matcha latte that was 90% ice, and the other 10% was milk. The drink was legitimately white with the tiniest clumps of matcha stuck at the bottom - horribly made. The food was cold and probably not made properly

Came here earlier today and the women making my food was having a full blown conversation without no mask and as I was patiently waiting for my food, she dumps it right in front of me and doesn’t say anything but continues to have her conversation. Very rude.

My wife ordered coffee and a croissant but told me the croissant had a bad taste as it wasn't cooked correctly so she asked me to get a bagel twist instead I approached the cashier Rosa who refused the request to exchange for a bagel twist then refunded me and I had to get back in line to guess what Buy a bagel twist Rosa was rude had an attitude also placed the money in my hand in a way I didn't approve of with attitude and demanded the reciept she said she was the manager wow this is bad as a result I told my wife throw it out my part don't want to eat or drink behind Rosa!
