I went to pick up a mobile order I placed with 600 points I had accumulated over time. However, when I got to the window, they told me they did not have what I ordered and the alternative was not what I wanted either so I just asked for a refund to my account and they refused to credit me or give me cash. They ended up calling the cops on me instead of just giving me my money back because i refused to leave without a refund. I have been going to this location for over 15 years and I will never return and neither will the rest of my family or friends. I was treated like a criminal and it was completely uncalled for. All because they did not want to credit my account for the items they did not have in the store.Terrible treatment of a long time customer.

Title: Disappointing Drive-Through ExperienceI recently visited drive-through, and unfortunately, it was far from convenient or pleasant. To start, the setup was misleading; rather than being able to stay in my car, I was required to exit the vehicle and walk up to the window. This defeats the purpose of a drive-through and was quite inconvenient, especially if someone has mobility issues or is with children.What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I received the wrong order, I politely informed them, only to be met with an accusatory tone. They even suggested that I shouldn't have accepted the order if I knew it was incorrect, which was both unprofessional and insensitive.Overall, my experience at DD 1513 Kennedy BLVD Jersey City drive-through was disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and communication to provide a more positive experience for customers in the future.

I gave this place 2 stars bc the service wasn't at all good and you couldn't even sit to drink a cup of coffee bc you have people sitting at the tables just scrolling through they're phones without even having ordered anything and another was doubg work on a laptop again without even having purchased anything and staff never even attempted to say anything! Horrible spot!

I have never been inside so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I can however say that coffee is one of the easiest things to make and somehow they manage to mess it up.Just when you think it can't get worse they have horrible service. If it weren't for their location they would be out of business

Very nice clean and new place, everything is up to date!4 tables and chairs, and a couple of chairs nice dine in atmosphere. Great service very friendly.Nice clean restroom.Parking: Nice amount of spots in the back.

I came in today and tried to order breakfast, as usual. As I was ordering, the lady taking my order, as if in a rush, kept cutting me off while ordering and repeatedly tried to make me stop talking. I was not done ordering and she kept saying "that's it?" With an attitude, she and the other lady with her refused to take my order, and I left on that note. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend.

The manager there (small Egyptian lady) is always so rude and has such a nasty attitude. If you go when they’re slow and interrupt their conversation to place an order they get upset as if you're interrupting them and they’re not AT WORK. I stopped coming after I attempted multiple times to be friendly with staff and they’re always miserable. Now I take an extra 5 min drive to the 440 location and it’s worth it! Friendly staff at 440 and coffee taste way better!

Went through the drive thru and it was a little wait till it was my turn to pay and receive my food. Always check your bags because sometimes they may forget something. But if you do notice that they did forget something and you let them know by the window they will quickly get it for you.
