You are not allowed to use the restrooms unless you purchase something, which is not right! I'm a senior citizen, a veteran of the armed forces, an American, and I have medical conditions which sometimes require me to suddenly have a need to use a restroom. There should not be a condition placed upon a person in order to obtain relief. Other DDs don't have this policy and in addition this particular store has no senior discounts while others do... fortunately for me, I very rarely visit this one store.

Yesterday, 9/19/2023, I went to this Dunkin' Donut. I was surprised by the worst service ever at Dunkin'. The lady Her name is Amal and the manager, Hassanein, is not suitable for any job or deal with any customer. I called Amal on television with harsh words and insults. They took the line and don't know how to use coupons, so I ordered. You don't know how to make flowers, and when we spoke to the manager, he hurled curses and insults at me and my son, and they took the money, I did not take the offer What happened in that store from Dunkin' has never happened to me before. I hate employees cursing customers with the filthiest words. I will escalate this matter to another level because these people should be punished for this dirty behavior.

There are 2 Dunkin’s in a 5 min walk in Journal Square but I strongly prefer this one - there is a kind older lady behind the counter who remembered me after 1 visit and brews a fresh Dunkin Midnight for me bc they don’t get a lot of that order & she doesn’t want it to be stale. They care about giving you the right coffee here, at a minimum wage job, that shows heart and deserves 5 stars in my book.
Tried to short change me and got annoyed when I asked for correct change !! Will not be going there anytime soon !!
