Very bad experience, food not up to standard, poor service. Unacceptable.Parking: Even if you spend money here, they will still try to tow your car, and in less than 10 minutes the tow truck will tow your car, they are deeply tied to the towing company's interests

I just tried terrible chocolate muffin from dunking donuts on Summit Avenue, Jersey City. It was dry and hard, impossible to eat. I gave up on dunking donut's coffee long ago but muffins were always fresh. No longer. Don’t recommend!

If I could write negative stars I would. My husband and I got a coffee and walked around the block and came back and they towed our car. It’s ridiculous!!!!

Second time , Asked them for hot Americaano and suprice with warm coffee especially today the Barista served me badly when I drank coffee and asked her to make hot not cold.. go to Starbucks or other coffee . Hope the open blue bottle coffee over there .. please don’t waste your time with this

The owner and the staff of this Dunkin earn money when they get your car towed. So even if you decide to keep your car and step away for 10 seconds they will call the tow truck guy who will be there in no time and will charge you $150 for letting your car go. Pathetic experience. Hate this place!!!!Parking: Very bad parking facility. They will charge you $150 dollars because they have a cut with the company.

I really would give this place zero stars if I could. I only hope that the owner of this location reads this post and fires its entire staff or it's entire morning staff. I basically order the same thing everyday nothing really changes. However for some reason they always seem to miss one add-on in the item that I purchased as if it's coming out of their own pocket. God forbid I order from Uber eats because then I might get anything on the menu at dunkin' donuts instead of what I ordered. Nobody there seems to have any type of customer service experience or show a spread of decency towards any other people that deal with. I'm almost 100% sure that's some of the people at that location are illiterate. how do I ask for Pepsi but get Coke ask for Coke but get diet Pepsi I don't understand how you could be this bad of your job. I don't even write reviews I hate it I think it's annoying but I really do hope this place closes down or the owner just does a 180 lets everybody go.
