I have never had food like this. I didn’t know that lamb shawarma could taste like that. Every bite of every dish was better than the last. Everything was just simply amazing and flavorful and just perfect. You must eat here!!!
Allow me to begin by emphasizing that the food here is truly outstanding. It's exceptionally flavorful and a genuine pleasure. However, the primary reason for not awarding more stars is undeniably the service. The frequent turnover of inexperienced staff results in prolonged wait times, even for basic requests like water. One often has to wait extensively before receiving any acknowledgment. We have been here several times and it’s always the same issue.

Efes is one of my favorite restaurants in JC! I order from here just about once a week. Quiet and spacious location for an intimate lunch for two or large group if you want to dine in. Takeout can be on the slower side but the food never disappoints. Chicken kebab and Mediterranean salad are my go-to's, and any of the spread appetizers are always delicious, especially the eggplant or babaganoush.
