Was influenced by a friend and media, saw it at target. OVERRATED, 10$ for ONE empanada, and it was mid. Very overrated overpricing for very small amount. I could of just gone to an Hispanic or Caribbean restaurant and get it for less and better quality.

My wife and I came across the truck in the Target parking lot, and took it as a sign we should have empanadas for dinner. We looked at the menu on their website before ordering, but it turned out to be outdated so some things we wanted weren’t available.We wound up ordering the jerk chicken, buffalo chicken, spinach & feta, cheesesteak, and cheesy mac. Everything was well seasoned and the shells were crispy, and despite the buffalo sauce being hotter than we expected, the food was solid.The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and kept things moving quickly. They wound up missing two of our empanadas, but when I pointed that out they threw in an apple cinnamon - which was excellent - for the trouble.If you come across the truck, definitely give them a try.
Saw the Lady G's food truck on Ocean Ave today and decided to stop and try one of their empanada. Well, I regret stopping. I was the only person there and I order one beef empanada. 20 mins later I'm still waiting for my ONE beef empanada with no apologies. The beef empanada was 6 dollars if you pay with cash which I did, but the cashier gave 13 dollars back. Went I question the cashier about it he asked if I want the dollar back. As for the empanada itself it was not, bad but not worth $6. I worked the service industry and I can tell you first hand one can have great food but if your service is lousy you will have less return customers.

i loved having them at the monmouth county fair! i looked forward to eating the empanadas everyday i worked and the women working in the tent were very kind! best empanada i’ve ever had easier.

Second person to order and it took greater than 30 minutes to get my food from the food truck. Frustrated by how slow the food truck service was. The did give my an extra empanada to make up for the long wait.

Kindness goes a long way. I had to tell the cashier that he needs to work on his customer service. A woman before me on line was asking questions and he was giving her an attitude, before she walked away. He gave me an attitude as well when I asked about a menu item, especially when I couldn't hear him over the live music nearby. The jerk chicken was okay, flavorful but dry and the Mac and cheese wasn't that great. Even if they were kind I would have enjoyed the food more. Don't be annoyed to answer the same questions all day everyday. It's part of owning a business.

Best empanada I've ever had and so many unique variations. The outside is so tasty, they are big and stuffed with food inside. Had jerk chicken, buffalo chicken and cinamon apple. They were all fantastic but the jerk chicken was so spicy and good i wish i bought 10 of them. The staff was also really lovely. Great experience!

As a group we tried the :crab, shrimp, and mozzarella with garlic butterjerk chickenCurry chickenChicken teryaki and broccoliCinnamon apple with powder sugarOverall some of the best empandas I've had. Far from traditional but well balanced, seasoned perfectly, and stuffed to the max. The service was quick and friendly with a short wait time to make sure it was fresh.
