They are disorganized. I came here for a order pickup during the lunch rush. Their ordering system consists of one person taking orders and another person writing it down on a piece of paper with a pen… then when the order is complete another person opens the takeout box to verify if it’s the right order, then crosses it out from the piece of paper. The food is good but I waited something like 20 minutes to get my wrap. During this time they got several orders wrong. Some other folks were also frustrated with wait time. I think they need a electronic system for managing their orders.

The food was so fresh, made to order, and the portion you get for the price is unbelievable. This is perfect for anyone who is looking for a home style cooked meal during their lunch time. It has an amazing flavor and you feel full after. The customer service experience was amazing. Everyone is super friendly. Rachel’s interaction was above and beyond with every single customer. She is so warm and makes you feel so at home and part of her family. She takes time to explain the menu, what it contains, and she is so considerate for everyone’s spicy tolerance or food concerns. The place is immaculate as well and she changes her gloves as she makes the meals. Truly such an amazing person. She was super kind and offered dessert as well. I must say this is such a hidden gem and I would recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so much for an amazing first time experience and can’t wait to be back!!!!

This is an interesting atrium type place. There is a common area right in the middle and a lot of food stalls if you are hungry. The unfortunate thing was most were closed when we went. Not sure why it isn't packed in here. The concept is excellent. I think its because parking is tough around here. Other than that it is awesome. Reminds of a smaller bell works type place.
Portions are big, food is flavorful with lots of fresh herbs, I love this place. Plus the workers are so nice, it may be a food court stall but the food snd service are on par with a fancy restaurant
