Food was not good. Stale white rice. Oxtail tuff. Rice and peas dry. There was no gravy. Chicken soup was disgusting, no flavor. Sorrel tasted water down. I order after 11 o'clock. They open at 10 o'clock. Food should of been freshly made. Will never order from here again.

Glad I didn't check the reviews before trying this fast food restaurant...the food was good...for a fast food chain! I was craving Caribbean food on a budget since my fave place in the area will never produce a tab less than $20 and remembered hearing of this place years ago. I'll always expect my jerk chicken to be saucy like it was when I visited Jamaica so one squeeze is not enough! As you see I asked for "proper" sauce and he wanted to charge me for it. Still, it, with the rice & pea cabbage was surprisingly good...mind you I eat my veggies & rice at home a bit bland so if you require big flavor on every item you'll feel there's some lack with the rice bean cabbage...I was fine as the jerk sauce is good and altogether in a bite it feels healthy and tasty! The staff all seem rooted from Jamaica judging by the thick accents and English barrier. They weren't smiley people but they give you your order, take your money, and do it fast so it's efficient I suppose lol. I liked that they had soccer on the screen...nice to watch while briefly waiting. Now, I'll go read the bad reviews to uncover what the fuss is all about! Will I return eh maybe not...neutral. Go, enjoy!!

One thing for sure YOU best order your roti EARLY because once they out, they out. Catering service is great; there's options, I prefer pickup. Clean, prices are decent, and the patties... No matter where you are located and what kind of people go inside your business you should always have proper mannerism towards customers. You just never know who they are or who they know. Going to do Sergey tomorrow so I figure let me get some nice food so I went there got large oxtail, what a mess worst meal I ever bought rice is as hard as bb gun pellets oxtail full of fat and not even some carrots or beans in it its a dam shame you people are selling it as Jamaican food get a handle on yourself people prepare better food.

I ordered for delivery & immediately after eating a portion of my food ordered, I threw everything up! I was given star food that gave me food poisoning. I had to call and report the incident with the food ordering platform.The location is very gross & the service workers are not the most welcoming. Between the old and stale food and the lack of concern form employees, I vow to never eat at this place again.

I have supported this place up until last night. I bought a large oxtails and the quality sucked. I couldn't even chew through a lot of it. I couldn't even return it because I was too faraway. I dont have money to waste and still be hungry. They have definitely lost me as a customer. I rather you tell me you don't have it or ran out let me choose something else besides going into the back and giving me that garbage.

I just ordered the j*** chicken combo with festival and surprised with how quickly my order was delivered. I unwrapped the aluminum to find a dried up festival and a friend dumpling that was just a stale and touch as the festival. To add insult to injury I took a bite of the chicken and spit it out. I contacted Uber and received a credit which I used to order from another restaurant. If you know the food is stale it would be nice to contact the customer to get a replacement or CANCEL THE ORDER. I wouldn’t feed the food that I received to my dog.
