Very bad experience tonight. The delivery driver, who claimed to be the restaurant owner, was rude, and said $2.5 is not a tip. He was late for half an hour. And he called me to go downstairs and get the food from him quickly, whereas all the other drivers deliver food to my apartment door. The food wasn’t very well prepared either.

This place charges $5 for delivery and just refused to deliver their order UNLESS I tip on top of the order total (which was under $40). The food is OK for the area which does not have decent food options anyway but their service is just non existent.

Wanted to share a bad experience I had due to a rude employee. I asked one question about a dish I was ordering and she got so annoyed at my question. I was just asking which of the two potato dishes was more hot/sour than the other. Then I paid and was waiting right by the cashier for my order. And even though she saw me waiting there, she didn't tell me my order was ready. And so once I waited 25min I went up to ask if my order was ready. And it was! She was so rude, never coming back again!

This has been our go to place for soup dumplings for years. We drove around the block several times, and when we got there, the place was empty which was highly unusual. This time the soup dumplings were not good at all. The crab soup dumplings were so fishy, and none of them had a nice amount of broth in them. We also ordered crispy shrimp with walnuts, and it's in a mayonnaise type dressing (?) that tasted a little sour. Maybe they got a new chef but food was definitely different. We are very disappointed since we love this place but now there are several places in Jersey City where you can get soup dumplings that are excellent. Thankfully!!

No customer service and expired food that proves the local department of health is not real.The Tri State area has many scams like this place. Typical low quality fake chinese food for Americans that do not know the difference. Chinese people will never be seen dining here.The owners and employees here believe they are smarter than you because you are willing to buy anything.The delivery man is a lazy savage.

I'm obsessed with Sichuan Chinese and this place was the closest to my partners work place. We got cumin lamb, mapo tofu, bok choy , mountain spicy chicken and chicken lo mein. Mapo tofu was excellent. I loved the mountain spicy chicken but as my husband pointed out it is more chilli than chicken. Wasn't a fan of the cumin lamb, it was way too dry. It is pricey, I would only eat here on my birthday etc.

The attitude these folks have is amazing! They force you to give a tip if you line it or not. And if you don't give a tip that they like - they cancel the order. I placed an online order - the lady calls me and says are you giving tip by cash? When I had clearly put in tbe tip in the order. She said this does not cover the gas - for less that half a mile and says i am canceling your order. We will not deliver to you. The drover never comes up to the apt to deliver the food. And I have had so much trouble getting them to come up - not sure why i shud be forced to give a tip for this behavior! Extremely rude and unprofessional! And i was giving it a 2nd chance cause my last order from them - i ordered chicken with peppers and i actually got chopped up CHICKEN FEET. There was no real chicken in in. I had to throw the whole thing away! It maybe a delicacy for some but not for me!
