Amazing bar! I went here for the first time after moving to Jersey city last week. The bartender was so nice and was fun to talk with at 1am in the morning (mind you). The place was lively and everyone here seems to be regulars which is so cool. Anyways, I just wanted to spread the positivity.
Yes this is a QUIET Old Skool Dive Bar with Old Baby Boomer drinkers and We Like It This Way. If you are a customer who wants expensive drinks, talks about recent international vacations, spring break , where you went to college, where you work, what you do: This is NOT the bar for you. You belong in Jersey City's Downtown Newark Ave so-called crowded "Chic?" Bars...
