Food and environment were good, but our server guy Friday eve was strange .. he was very cut & dry and just wanted a fast turnover- which was not fitting the high price point and laid back Italian vibe. He didn't offer parmesan cheese for our pasta dishes, nor checked on us. He was kind of a dick to be honest. The hostess gal was awesome though, I liked her personality and energy and she was nice to talk to.

Highly recommend Ita Italian Kitchen in JC for a memorable dinner outing ( and for my gf and I, thats very hard to come by since we are very picky and foodies!). The dining experience at Ita Italian Kitchen is delightful, with standout dishes like beef bolognese, antipasto with olives and cheese, and clams that are sure to impress your taste buds! Don't miss out on trying their espresso martini(though got mine with house tequila), a real highlight of their drink menu. While some drinks may lean towards being too sweet, the overall experience at Ita Italian Kitchen is excellent and perfect for a special dinner outing! Service was immaculate.

ITA was lovely. It has a really quaint and cozy vibe, while still feeling sophisticated. The staff was very friendly and provided good service. The glass of malbec I ordered was so delicious I ordered a second, even though I found it to be a bit expensive at $14 a glass. I ordered a Caesar salad and the fettuccine Alfredo, both of which were good, but certainly not amazing. The fettuccine noodles in particular were much thinner than I was expecting but the sauce itself was good. All in all, I had a nice experience at ITA.

We were looking for Italian and found this place. We were able to reserve a table same day online. Because we were over 4 people it redirected us to Open Table. Simple. Easy. We showed up and got a great booth. It suited us perfectly with half in the booth, half in chairs around the table. Appetizers were good. Salad was good. Some got pizzas-all liked them. Chicken parm was the right size. Salmon was delicious. So food was worth it. We had a newborn with us and the server accommodated us with getting hot water to warm a bottle. Anything we needed arrived within moments. Great service. Highly recommend and seems you can't go wrong with what you order.

I can't recommend this place. While the ambiance is nice and the espresso martini was excellent, the food was mediocre and the service was worse. I felt rushed the entire time despite the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty. Would not come back.
