I have been calling this place for hours with no response. I walk pass this place everyday on my way to work and back home. The ppl that drive (personal cars) in and out of this place love to drive pass the DO NOT ENTER sign on Colgate ST. They also aren’t coming to complete full stop at the STOP signs. I was almost ran over by a Ford Edge with plates V67RTX. This lady almost hit me while I was at about to cross at the street after almost hitting she went right throughout the DO NOT ENTER sign on Colgate ST and into your parking lot. I hope this matter is brought up to everyone that goes in and out the facility. What happened to me was ridiculous, reckless, careless and unsafe. There are kids that walk by this area for school. The school is literally across the street for you guys. And just to make sure I’m not miss understood I’m only referring to personal vehicles not emergency vehicles

These reviews are strangely aggressive and weird. Im not sure if people realize but ems (emts & paramedics) do not get paid NEARLY enough to do this just to upset you. We actually love this job .I can also asure people that we don’t pick and chose when people have emergencies. So if that call comes in at 1 am, yes the sirens will be on. Sirens go on so that we can drive through traffic and get help to that person faster

. I live in the Bergen Hill neighborhood of Jersey City and the ambulance sirens sometimes go on for unnecessary lengths of time. Additionally, the sirens are used in a blast series that is impossible to ignore.Last night at 1 am a siren went on for at least five minutes and woke me out of a dead sleep. I cannot imagine that there was enough traffic to warrant an extended siren at that timePlease ask your ambulance drivers to use discretion when disturbing the peace of an entire city at all hours of the day and night.I understand that there may be a need sometimes for siren to expedite emergency medical care.

The irregular noise and loudness is excruciating for professionals or paramedics who drive these vehicles with absolutely no regards for the noise ordinance in Jersey City. They pick and choose the neighborhoods they decide to exhibit this unorthodox practice. It's overkill.

Incredibly rude paramedics. My cousin was having a huge headache and was very dizzy and wouldn't respond when we would call her name. So we called the paramedics. The jersey city's EMS showed up. They were so rude to everyone around telling everyone to "get out" and having side conversations about how "stressed out" one of them was because of "calls like this that don't matter" in FRONT OF THE PATIENT. this is unacceptable, instead of letting us feel peace knowing they were there and were going to help I felt distressed and unimportant.
