Been here a couple of times, food is good, but service is extremely slow. One time they had us standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting to order, until one of the workers decided to show some decency and tell us that they were closed, because there was no sign up or anything.

Cute and conveniently located in the Newport Mall on the foodcourt floor. Gotta love the retro vibe and the details. The food is decent and milkshake is good as always. Glad to see the ketchup smiley face again!

it's nasty and dirty the servers are rude. there to expensive. the boss does not care what his employees are doing on top of it all the sever i had when i complained about the fries being cold he said there was nothing he could do since the kitchen was "closed"

This was our first time ordering at Johnny RockietsMy order was delivered and food was missing. I reached out to the manager and he told me that he was gonna reimburse me and provide me with coupons/vouchers to use at the restaurant. I feel that he should've reimbursed me for the total order of items purchased. I will never order or dine in at Johnny Rockets.

Me and my mom decided to go here since it's been a while since we've been at Johnny Rockets. Super slow service 1 hour for fries and 2 hotdogs. Fries were cold, one of the hotdogs was full of condiments and vegetables and was huge mess. The shakes were alright. It was a meh experience

I loved Johnny Rockets since I was a kid, the one in Queens NYC shut down a long time ago.I was happy I found this restaurant again, I love the old school decor and the cute uniforms the waiters wear.I like most of the burgers and fries, milkshakes and sandwiches they are tasty and good.This burger joint has an old school theme which will make you feel nostalgia with lovely juke boxes at every table.
Don't ever sit at the counter you'll just walk past you and ignore you and you can sit there for three hours without anybody asking to take your order. Can't tell you had a food is because I walked out.

I recently revisited this location after being out of the area for more than five years. My wife told me that she had the best impossible burger she had ever had and she also was able to order a vegan shake. I had my usual of Route 66 burger and substitute a Boca patty and a side of fries. The portion of fries were just right and the cost of the entire meal was very manageable.

I ordered 1 burger, the cashier thought I ordered 2. Harmless mistake, but when I let the cashier know he said "You said you wanted 2 burgers but ok". So I told him "Why would I order 2 burgers if I only wanted 1?". And then he said "No you ordered 2 burgers but that's ok you changed your mind". I don't know why he was acting so passive aggressive, but it really annoyed me.
