Finally had the chance to try Rui Tea today and it’s amazing! I had the Mango Bobo and Spicy Hot Honey Latte and they were both very delicious. What truly stands out is that they use real fruits and natural ingredients. Even the milk is organic and they also have an option for lactose free milk if you need it. The drinks were not too sweet and you can have them without sugar too. Can’t wait to try the Watermelon Bobo and the Purple Yam Milk Tea next. A awesome place for high quality fresh tea. Definitely a must try when you’re in the neighborhood.

Tasty fruit teas where you can control the sugar level (both warm and cold available). They also have a bathroom for customers!

I just ordered bubble milk tea using Uber eatsVery thumbs upBecause I have ordered several famous pearl milk teas before, and the pearls are very hard and difficult to bite.It feels like it's been there for a long timeI must say that if you are Taiwanese, this is the right place to order! !Rui tea’s pearl milk tea tastes very close to Taiwan’sThe pearl super soft Q is the standard of Taiwanese pearl milk, and the milk tea is not bad to drink. I feel that I don’t require the standard of milk tea in foreign countries, but the pearl milk tea is not delicious??The pearl milk tea of this restaurant is very high quality, and I It was called at nine o'clock in the evening!

I came to New York from Miami and my friend recommended this milk tea shop. I drank Yangzhi Manna today! Compared with other poplar nectars, it tastes much better and has plenty of pulp. I would also give it the highest rating Chinese people give to desserts - it's not very sweet! ! A milk tea shop that is completely suitable for Chinese babies! Give them all to me! !

ive only ordered on uber eats from here and i love the flavor/taste of their drinks but they ALWAYS put so much ice you get 30% drink 70% ice no matter if you choose regular ice or less ice. It's almost $10 for 1 drink you'd think there would be more drink.--- reply for ownerhello! thank you for responding back! usually, i order the watermelon bobo and get less ice since there is an option to change it. yet there is always so much ice in it even though i picked less ice. however, for the mango bobo drink, there was no option to change the ice level. the drink is good and i have no issue with it but the price is very expensive to receive so much ice whether it's less ice or not. after looking back on more reviews left by others i can see i'm not the only one annoyed by the amount of ice in the watermelon bobo drink as well as a few others drink scattered in the reviews. as for the thai tea i had no issues with it. actually, the only drink ive ordered with an appropriate amount of ice. but thanks again for your reply and clarification on the matter.

I like that they have an option to change the sugar level and ice amount in any of their drinks. They are also quite considerate in suggesting trying some specific flavors before ordering them.

I've only discovered Rui Tea a couple of months ago; it is a new and welcome addition to the neighborhood. It is a tiny, clean and cozy spot. The bubble teas served at Rui Tea are not overwhelmingly sweet. I chatted with the manager who told me that they use fruit and other natural ingredients whenever possible and try to stay away from added sugar. What's not to like?

They're really doing things wrong on multiple fronts...1. Awkward offerings: The selling point of Rui Tea (for me) was that it serves fresh fruit tea without additives/added sugar. They put miniscule amount of sliced fruit and it's not fruity enough for those who want real fruit juices. Their coconut "milk" tea is not satisfying enough and it's a bit of a weird product. Overall, neither healthy/generous for those looking for healthy juices, nor satisfying enough for those looking for a good boba tea.2. Value: When Rui tea first opened, their juices tasted better. But it seems that management decided to address lack of customers by cutting corners with less fruits and it's just not worth it now. During my last few visits, they loaded the cup with a ton of ice even when you ask for less ice.3. Taste and quality control: The tea just tastes bad recently, and gets worse each time. More than just a few times recently, I felt the tea tastes bitter and off. The drinks are quite watered down and tasteless. Also, the quality is extremely inconsistent, depending on who makes the drink.4. Review coercing: They have been asking customers to leave them 5 star reviews. That's not how reviews work. I wouldn't necessarily trust the other 5 star reviews.Given all the above, I find absolutely no reason to come here instead of a much more solid competitor across the street. The only reason that I come is because Rui closes 30 mins after the competition, but with my latest visit, I'm confident I won't be returning.---Edit to respond to owner:1. No, I'm not related to the boba business in any way. I don't think your competitor across the street needs any spies... they're booming?2. If you didn't reduce the amount of fruits, I don't know what it is then. It just tastes so bad lately (it's been a few months actually). I couldn't finish the tea more than once. Not the same as when you first opened. I did really like your fruit tea back then.3. As someone who really cares about artificial ingredients and powdered crap, I do really like the idea but I guess the execution is bad. First, I think the quality of the tea that you add is really bad. Secondly, the amount of ice... as I already mentioned in original comment, you always fill the entire cup with just ice. Wish I took some photos. I wish the owner would try the tea themselves. (Maybe closer to closing time, since that's when I normally go.) If the owner did try and still thinks the drink tastes fine, well... can't be helped then.4. Regarding the coerced reviews... of course you can't "force customers" but it's true that you've been asking customers for 5 star reviews, right? For me personally, I was told that the employee would give me a small Chinese yogurt drink in return. Clearly it didn't sway me but for all the other 5 star reviews, who knows.I hope the drink quality improves. I've had too many misses to return soon, but maybe in a couple of months. Cheers.
