Ordered shack burger and 6pc chicken bites, was disappointed at first with the burger having only a little piece of lettuce. I'm a shake shack lover so I know this is not something normal. But I got more disappointed to see one of the chicken bites was a poorly looking tiny strip of maybe chicken and breading. I know I had to go back and complain. It’s a great higher end fast food hamburger place. The staff are friendly and you can order from a computer screen so no need to speak to anyone. The burgers are excellent and the restaurant is well laid out with plenty of space, it’s clean, light and comfortable. It’s my go-to burger spot in Jersey City.

Nice Shake Shack store. Not crowded, like other stores. Very clean with excellent service. All the young staff are very attentive and ready to help. Love the self orders screens. The food was well prepared and was ready in just a few minutes.
