Ordered takeout twice both times were great. Highly recommend beef pad se-ew and the chicken peanut curry. Surprised by the 3.5 stars, really good food

Garlic rice and chicken, very light garlic taste, minute pieces of carrots so small I had to use a magnifying glass. This is a pricey place with food that doesn't reflect it. :0(

Lady over the counter is so rude and racist, I never had experience like this before in this restaurant. Food was not good at all and tried to explain the problem but she took plate threw it the in the washing tray so roughly in front of other customers.Neve ever again recommend this to anyone. Very bad.Be careful Thai food lovers!!

I ordered via Uber eats delivery for chicken pad thai and sticky rice. It looked really good, but I have to say it was very off in its seasoning and the taste was just not there. The sticky rice was also disappointing in taste as well. Wish I had better things to say, but the only good tasting thing was the Thai iced tea, thankfully. Not sure if I would re-try this in person.

For me, Pad Thai, is the dish I judge any Thai restaurant by and theirs was one of the worst I ever had. The shrimp was overcooked and tasteless, as you'd expect with frozen shrimp. I can't prove it was frozen (and that would be extremely bad form for a Thai restaurant to use frozen shrimp) but it sure had the blandness of frozen. The noodles were limp and cut into small pieces and the sauce was too vinegary & tart. Very disappointing for what they boast as "Jersey City's Best Thai."

Perfect Thai food ?. So delicious and it’s not pricy at all. Also love the lantern decoration!

Sky Thai’s food is consistently great, with prompt, friendly delivery. The basil fried rice has a real kick, as does the drunken noodle. It is our go-to option for takeout.Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggies, vegetarian duck available for most dishes.

Sky Thai is my fiancé and I favorite Jersey City thai spot! The Basil Fried Rice is the perfect mixture of rich flavors and spice! The Duck Noodle soup has fresh veggies, clean broth flavor and comes out fast to order. The Paw Kee Maw is delicious as well. Great small owned restaurant for delivery, pick up, or self serve dine in.

It's a small establishment with a glass front. It's at the corner of the building and easily missed. "Sky Thai" is painted on the panes but after sunset it is easy to most the lettering. We got a shrimp drunken noodles, chicken drunken noodles (both extra spicy) and a Thai iced tea. The noodles were spicy as ordered. The ice tea was very watery and weak - do not order. It's the service that brings the place down. The lady at the front is overly aggressive and nearly abusive in the way she treats customers. For eg.when picking up chop sticks for our to-go order she slapped her hand down on the counter and rudely said the bag already had chopsticks. Technically she was correct - there was one pair in the bag. If you were not planning to share your two drunken noodles then you were all set. My wife entered at the same time as an uber delivery guy. The Uber guy was courteous and asked my wife to pick up our order before him. But the lady had other ideas - she screamed at my wife that Uber goes first. There was no reason to be rude at all. It soured our experience with the food. Disappointed

The lady at the counter is super rude for no reason (as others have mentioned).I used to try to spend the least amount of time there by ordering ahead and getting takeout because the food tastes really good and it was very cheap for lunch. Now it's not worth it anymore since they increased their prices.
