Very disappointed with the customer service. I order my two orders via mobile app & I went 4 minutes earlier to my pick up time. They literally took 30 minutes to prepare my 2nd drink. I had to keep on asking the staffs twice for my order. & they weren’t even sorry for causing delay.Poor service.
They are constantly closing early because of "short staffing." Corporate needs to look into why this is always happening at this location. Tables are dirty all of the time too.

I am disappointed today the entire store just doesn't look clean.The glass doors are dirty the floors are dirty and the counters are dusty.Where's the manager of this store obviously the cleaning staff hadn't clean this store in quit some timeThe whole entire store needs a deep cleaning .Starbucks you must do better.I'll come back next week I hope that I see a improvement.
