We get our weekend bagels here when we aren’t willing to do the wait at wonder bagels. I’ve never had an issue with the service and I actually really like their bagels. I wished they had tofu cream cheese but that’s not a big deal. Their bagels tend to be on the bread-ier side and are very filling. A bagel with cream cheese is close to $5.
I have noticed that the employees at this place can have good days and bad days. Fortunately, they have never been rude to me. However, I have noticed that they can sometimes perceive feedback as rudeness, even if it's given constructively. Additionally, I think it would be better if the employees stopped wearing only one glove while making the food.

I have lived around the corner for about a year and I LOVE Toasted! The food is great and the atmosphere is incredible. All the employees are beyond friendly and they make it a point to get to know you. I make it a point to go at least once a week just for the hospitality. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try.
