Worst experience!I ordered from Vatan first of all my order was late by an hour. They took “their own sweet time” 3hrs to deliver my order. And secondly their staff was so rude they didn’t even have the curtesy to tell the truth about my order in a span of 1hr we called them thrice each time they lied “the ordered will be delivered in 5-10mins.”The food was so cold and tasteless.A suggestion to Vatan, get some good delivery partners and hire some honest employees.

No idea why their vents were blowing chilled air when it's 50F outside.Paneepuri lacks spice and taste. The service desk guy prefers phone orders rather than in store waiting customers.

I came in a group of six and we ordered 6 Pani puri’s, which was delicious. Each order of pani puri gives you 7 rounds of pani puri with various fillings and flavoured water. We also ordered pastries, which was difficult because they have mixed up their labels, but everything went smoothly :).

I really love their pani puris but yesterday when I went I bought 4 plate pani puris for myself and the way the lady over there who works said 4 plate you will have was so bad. I felt like I am eating way too much and when I asked for the 3 plates to be packed the reaction was so bad. And they really dont care about their customers they just care to make money. I am never going back to vatan anymore

this place employee and manger have attitude you have to pay first and wait in line for long time then they will server first to the other people who was not in the line and who they know and then they dont want sever you and send you to go other counter then if you ask for your money back which you paid they dont give you refund and make you big arrgument and ready to fight with you and they dont give your money back or food to you
