Just got the old faithful chicken, Parm, hoagie and fries. As good as it always is. Chefs kiss. Also, added some garlic knots to the order. Oh so garlicky, you're not gonna wanna kiss me tonight garlicky. The marinara dipping sauce excellent as well!

Worst pizza place ever, I'd give minus stars if I could. We live in the apartment above this place and walked by it every day, finally decided to try when we got a coupon ($5 off for $35). I was going to order online first but the coupon didn't have any code so I had no choice but to call to place the order. We were put on hold for three minutes then ordered two personal sized pizzas and buffalo chicken tender, and informed her about the coupon (she said she will take off when we pick up the order). My husband went to pick up without any clue, he said the receipt was already printed and paid with cash. But when I looked carefully in the receipt - they still didn't take off credit card fee, nor $5 coupon, and charged 20% tip for pick up order. The only nice thing was that the portions were big, but that doesn't matter because food was so bad we didn't even finish half. Pizzas are flavorless (two pizzas tasted almost identical), chicken tenders were like sponge and fries were soggy (it could fold in half no problem lol) For this price there are so so many options in the neighborhood that this place cannot even compare to. I wish I donated this $45 for something meaningful. I would never ever go back, but if you do, I recommend to double check the bill.

The Buffalo and Oxtail Pizza is good. Would recommend a 10/10. The server is amazing, they feed their customers on time. And the vibe is perfect.

Update: It's important for me that restaurants are part of the community in which they are located. In this case, unfortunately, VB3 is not. They have littered the entire neighborhood with handbills on cars, not only disrespectful of the neighbors, but also causing a lot of litter in the streets and direct a violation of municipal code. After this I will not return.

This place was awful pre-pandemic and I confirmed yesterday nothing has changed. Regular slice is just terrible but the icing on the cake are the 2 nasty angry women behind the counter. They cannot be bothered serving people and they have the nerve to keep a tip jar on the counter. They should be tipping the customers for coming in and being subjected to their shit. There's no good pizza on the waterfront here in JC. What a missed opportunity.

Every time I order from here there is a problem - but today took the cake! Uber eats allows you to order toppings they don't actually sell in the store. So they tell my delivery person to message me to so we need to order a personal pie with that topping. And sent them with no pizza and didn't bother to refund the $22 they charged for 2 slices! (One would think that's be enough to put the topping on a personal pie. Then the cheesesteak I ordered comes without cheese....and all of the toppings I said NO to were put on the sandwich and the one I wanted not - so clearly they are not reading comprehensively. I call the store and am given an attitude as if I'm the one in the wrong. The food is tasty but after this time, I'm done.

This called VB3 and is take-out only unless you’re a member. But that is not explained on the Google app. Pizza looks good!

As a hungry vegetarian, this place hits the spot. I just came back from shopping at BJ's and wanted some old-school pizza. As a New York Expat, I missed the corner pizza shop. My brother told me of a place nearby and we walked and I was hoping there's a place where I could sit outside with my shopping cart and Bam. We found this place. It's spacious and the owner was friendly and the pizza was good.

I dined at VB3, and although it has been some time since my visit, I wanted to share my positive experience. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, even though it was not very crowded when I visited. The ambiance was simple yet charming, and I enjoyed the vibe of the place. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and the service was impressively fast. Our order of pasta and garlic bread arrived in a timely manner, and the presentation of the food was excellent. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the garlic bread was simply delicious, and both dishes were made with quality ingredients. What impressed me most about VB3 was the simplicity of its ambiance, which allowed the food to take center stage. The décor was tasteful, with subtle lighting and elegant furnishings, creating a cozy and intimate dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful evening at VB3. The restaurant had a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with prompt and attentive service. The food was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend VB3 to anyone looking for a delicious Italian meal in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

Now known as VB3 and sometimes called VB Average. The Margherita pizza is decent, and the pepperoni slice is only average at best. This place doesn't represent Jersey as it's only average at best. I would recommend heading down about 5 minutes to Hoboken for some great pizza! The Sports bar is now a speak easy hidden club, with the entrance being the window counter for ordering pizza. You can't miss this place at night as you will see 1 to 2 extremely large Doormen at the counter checking id's! Everyone is very nice at this place, it's just that the pizza isn'/..t anything special. Yes, its better than Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut, but that isn't saying much.

Crooks and rude people. This review is based on the service and the servers. The food here is pretty decent for the area once you actually receive it. I am a sales person in the area and I took several of my customers as a working lunch. It took the food almost 1.5 hours to come out. Most of us ordered pastas, 2 people ordered pizzas. There were 6 of us and the bill was sizable for that many people during lunch. Though I already knew the pricing before heading in. However, it is terrible to have to wait 1.5 hours during lunch just to receive your food. Also the waiter, Nicholas was extremely rude and barely serviced our table. After the fact I found out that he changed his tip amount and total. Adding another $5.90 to his tip amount and fudging the total to fit. I've since disputed this with my credit card company and thankfully been refunded the money, but watch out for this place. Crooks and rude people.

The pizza here was phenomenal. I had an eggplant pie. Scrumptious and great service. Antipasto was tasty as well
