Best pizza I have ever had! Our waitress, Holly, was very nice and accomindating. We only had the pizza, but the other food looked delicious as well. 10 stars (if that is a thing) to Joe, the cook.

I've been a customer of this establishment for over 20 years and in the past 2 weeks the service has been terrible and the associates are incompetent. I spoke to them with respect and informed them that my order was missing an item and shown disrespect in return. Then I was hung up on because the "food wrapper" felt she was right. When I called back they kept placing me on hold. Terrible customer service!!! I'm not mad, just want to inform the owners of the establishment about their employees. Happy Holidays!!!

Place has pretty good food. I think if the pizza was a little thinner and crispier it would be better. Pizza was pretty floppy. I would still recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I would never recommend this pizzeria to anyone. I ordered a pizza pie and the delivery person couldn't find my apartment building. I politely asked the gentleman to stay on the phone as I can help him to navigate to my location. He abruptly told me "I can't, I'm taking your order back to the pizzeria" in a rude tone and then hung up the phone on me. I called the Vinnie's Pizzeria to explain what happened, they apologized but at this point I wanted my order cancelled. They reassured my order was cancelled and wouldn't get charged. Well I got charged and they didn't cancel the order like they said. Mind you you the total included the pizza, tax and delivery tips.

I just got a delivery of chicken Milanese. The salad is completely soaked in dressing. I called to say we just received 2 orders and it was awful and was told that's the way it is served. No one ever complained and that was end of my call. They we're done with me.
Service here is HORRIBLE! Managers are disgustingly rude and argue anytime you combat something THEY did wrong. I've given them multiple chances with unfortunately the same end result.. nothing being solved. Will absolutely not be ordering from here ever again!!

Vinnie's has been providing our family with great local Italian style cuisine for years. We love and appreciate all the delicious dishes that provides such an amazing variety to their menu. Any night is a great night to make it a Vinnie's night!

I ordered a custom mushroom, spinach and garlic pizza from Vinnie's III in Jersey City, and it was the best pizza I can remember eating in forever. Every time I'm in line for pickup at Vinnie's 3, all the customers look really happy. They know what they're getting. Grilled chicken with vodka pasta also unbelievably good, on or off the pizza.
